As far as getting the oil out: in the US there is a brand of stain remover called "Shout." Just get whatever fabric stain remover you can find at a store, spray it it on the stain (they usually come in something that looks like a windex bottle) and let it sit for a few hours, then wash it. Make sure the stain is out before putting it in the dryer, which will set the stain.

Dish detergent gets oil out. Use a small brush to scrub it in really well and then wash it in the machine. It worked for me.

To get any kind of oil stain out, use "Shout gel" let the shirt sit over night while the stains soak up the gel.. Wash, and air dry outside but do not use a heated dryer or it will cause the stain to set in like dye. Repeat process till stain is gone.
