Actually the Latin Alpabet although influenced by the Greek was born out of Cumae. It improved and drastically improved that text. The letter Z was Roman innovation for instance plus other forms. Musical notation is written in Italian and invented by Italians before there was no such thing as written music. The musical world of Ballet, Opera, the Piano and Violin are all Italian inventions.
