nice footage! :) I tried to catch a sunset last week, but missed it by 10 minutes or so... It was still a good experience, but maybe a bit difficult to enjoy due to the tiredness
Mia ~ That was beautiful! A lot of your video lookls like Alaska, especially the birch trees. Here ou leaves have turned and half are on the ground. I'd love to come to Sweden someday to see where my ancestors are from.
Thank you! I'm so happy you like it and that you commented. :) Alaska is very beautiful isn't it?? At least what I've seen on photos and on TV. It's a dream to go there some day and explore the nature. You are most welcome here! Do you know from where in Sweden they come?
My grandmother Signe Marie Sjostrom was born in Örnsköldsvik Sweden in 1902 and came to America in 1905. My great-grandparents, Richard Adolph Sjostrom and Ester Maria Eurenius Sjostrom were married in Arnäs Sweden in 1900. I have a few videos on my channel from here in Alaska, and I hope you'll watch them if you're interested. :D
I have watched quite of few already. You live in a great place. I would feel right at home in Alaska from what I've seen so far. It's kind of similar, you're right. So your ancestors are from up north. :) Ö-vik (short version!) is really beautiful. Part of so-called Höga Kusten. Can't post links, but hogakustendotcom. Hope that works. If you go there, click Upplev nu and then Bildgalleri and you will see some great photos!
Thank you for the information and I just learned that Hoga Kusten means high coast in English. Of course, I can't begin to pronounce it! It is a beautiful area....wow!
Its my fav. time of day, prob. also because its quiter, less people, you can hear the birds sing, and the wind blow, its just much more peaceful, not to mention the cool, chilly, fresh, crisp morning air!
But I mean really early morning, as in 5 am - 6am though! :P
Love it too! I do love sleep-in mornings as well, so waking up at 5 on a Sunday felt "sacrificing for art", but I took that back as soon as I got off the bike and saw the lake! :) I'd miss hundred of sleep-in mornings for a sight like that. And that moment when the sun reached over the treetops. It truly was magical.
What an utterly wonderful place. Exactly what was in my mind when I chose my nick-name. I wish I could live there.

Beautiful scenery and professional looking camerawork :)
Sweden is my favourite country and it's great to see the start of Autumn with the low mist and still water.
Mycket bra video och hej från Storbrittanien!
