  • Great info. Have a blessed day!

  • I love u booooo 4eva...

  • thx for the tip... what about running should i be breathing thru my nose when i run also?

  • @aimtcb - I have to mouth breathe when I breathe hard (like when running) but for regular breathing through the nose is best.

  • hey i know you have to breath through your nose for better health, but what if you have a cold, and you could only breath with your mouth? is that okay? random question, but im curious. lol

  • @PsiKidPower - Sure sometimes when our nasal passages are blocked we have to breath through the nose.

  • Dude, your vibe and energy are amazing. We are the same age and on the same path, though you appear to be making it easier for me to follow. Thank you for putting up these videos.

    Ray

P.S. Iggy the haters! They cannot possibly fathom what you represent. Peace!

  • @Milpower - Thanks bud!

  • it seems to me that when i breath through nose and out of mouth i feel more clearheaded like better oxygen flow to the brain

  • Wow! You look GOOD!!!! Handsome!!!

  • Scoobie's son!!!!!

    xD

  • Thanks for this video. Just one observation that I had and hope you can clear this for me. Almost all footballers breathe through their mouth when they are playing. Does that mean that they live a shorter life compared to nose breathers?

  • @cpetch10 - No, there are times when you need to breathe through your mouth. When I run on the beach every other morning or so I always end up breathing through my mouth.

  • nice..your teachings are super solid high vibe ..cheers to yummy oxygen..thanks for the reminder ! ~

  • @holystrawberry - Thanks!

  • steroid much?

  • @cissi168 Never....I work out hard and eat right.

  • @kahunka Helps to believe people cheat to attain strength and/or knowledge, it makes them feel better about a lack of motivation. Stay positive.

  • wow dude that for the advice. ur really goodlookin by the way

  • have you tried ionizing your water?

If not, I would HIGHLY recommend it. With an ionizer, you can still rid your water from that gunk that seems to be on the bottom of your boiler, but the water is still ionized, which is very important. That is why many people/scientist/physiologists show concern for drinking distilled water only...the water is also de-ionized if it is distilled, leaving the possibility of oxidation which can have variety of long term negative health effects.

  • Hi, what device do you use to distill water by the gallon or more? Thanks.

  • It's called a "Love 4 from" I got from ebay.

I bought it years ago and its been great, operates day and night.

  • what is this magical oxygen he is pioneering? is it expensive ?and where can i get it?, are there any side effects such as stating the bleeding obvious in a monotone delivery and can i use it in conjunction with botox.

  • ok i get how u said breath through ur mouth is unhealthy but i still dont know how to breath correctly. all there is to this video is information... what i really want is to see how you do it. so i can get a better understanding... so..... information and presentation alone is useless to me however your video is still great.

  • i love you man bye from okla

  • Thank you for these very helpful information. You did an excellent job is the presentation and clarity of information. You obviously are proof of walking your talk, it's amazing how many people try to inform others about health and wellness, and they don't look very healthy or well. Anyways, Michael, excellent job and info that will change lives.

  • thanks for the tip, and dang ur voice is bold man, almost like a bot, thanks though.

  • Your videos are very helpful, staight to the point, no bullshit. My only complaint is that there are so few. I hope you cover a lot more topics in the future, such as recipe ideas and hair and skin care. Also I have one question you might be able to answer. If I do not have a water filter to filter out fluoride, is bottled water better than plain tap water? Or are the chemicals leaked from plastic bottles just as bad?

  • I distill my water and never drink tap water. My understanding is that the hard plastic bottles are the ones that create a potential health risk not the soft plastic ones. Regardless, I try to minimize bottled water consumption but I do drink it occasionally.

In my opinion distilling is the only way to get all the crap out of water including jet fuel residue, pharmaceuticals, fluoride and the such.

The myth that distilled water leaches minerals is BS, I've been drinking it a long time.

  • Will a reverse osmosis filter do the job? And I'm not sure what you mean by hard and soft plastic.

  • No you are wrong check out Viktor Schauberger he is an expert on water quality.. and distilled water is considered to be acidlike because it absorbs everything that it contacts with unlike mineral water that nourishes your body with healthy properties!!

But about the breathing you're right

  • I've been drinking distilled water for years, just had extensive testing done for a life insurance policy and have never been healthier in my life.

In my own personal experience I've found that all the myths surrounding the hazards of drinking distilled water are bunk.

Every time I distill a few gallons of water, I have to scrape the pile of "healthy properties" residue that remain from the bottom of the boiler.

I'd rather not have it enter my body.

  • I agree. Your videos have good info. You should consider making more especially since, looking at your Views number, you've obviously attracted an audience.

  • most people in most circumstances breath very shallowly with tense unrelaxed diaphramic muscles, this makes people's blood less oxygenated and exerts a stress on the body that people it can cause emotional distress, It can diminish awareness. Ive noticed in many situations and places that it is taboo to breath in a health manner. if your breath is heard it is seen as a negative communication.

    Breath deep all the time.

  • je m'en fou de l'histoire, je veux ses biceps!

  • Wow, this video is about as useless as the amount of time I spent watching this video.

  • use a powerlung, and your 5 km run will increase, and out your record down to 19 min.

  • kahunka, would exercising my upper body in anyway help my cycling?

or will the extra muscle mass slow me down, and out way the benefits of the extra leverage on the handle bars i can get from stronger arms when sprint cycling?

  • If you look at competitive cyclists you'll see they have muscular lower bodies and fit but mostly normal upper bodies. I would imagine carrying around an extra 10-15 pounds of upper body weight would slow you down in the long run.

  • is it wrong if your heart beats fast?....When I take long slow deep breaths my heart starts beating fast...Its like I have Anxiety or something....Is it good or bad?....

  • Sorry I can't answer this based on the information in your question.

  • Dude, I like the way you handle those questions. If you don't know something, you say so plainly. No bullshit, hype, or dodging the issue. Refreshing, esp when you look at some stuff here at YT. BTW I've been watching your vids, and page for quite some time now. Really cool stuff! A lot of things that I didn't know that make a lot of sense when you think about them. Anyway, cheers! :)

  • i learned to do this a couple of years ago on my own. I heard about it somewhere. It was tough to learn to breath correctly, but i kept with it til i got it. well for me anyways.

  • u r great

  • Excellent information. I've been breathing correctly for 30 years, but didn't know this information. One thing you didn't do is show how to breathe from the diaphram. You're correct in that a baby breathes properly. Somewhere in life, we're told to expan the chest, and that sends us down the path to incorrect breathiing. Diaphram breathing means the belly should expand to take a breath, not the chest. I learned it in colleg for voice and practiced in the lunch line and elsewhere.

  • He explained how you should not breath but how or which breathing exercises should you do?

  • Make more videos dude.

  • Powerful.

  • Great tips, this is the first time Im hearing this. But if I do this for 5 min Im probably gonna pass out hahaha.

  • Amazing health tip! Thanks man!

I will definitely try to be more conscious my breathing habits.

  • I just started breathing like this and i am already feeling good! Thanks kahunka

  • This is a great video. I wonder if proper breathing techniques can improve symptoms of emphysema. I'll do more research!

  • real breathing has to do with 4th dimensional energy (and beyond), that connects the pineal gland to the universe.

  • Interesting! Can you explain more about that? Thanks

  • Thanks VERY USEFUL !!!

  • My Pleasure :o)

  • Michael have you ever incorperated Ginseng into your diet?

  • wow this guy is ripped

  • its all very common sense but so overlooked. thank you, I was breathing wrong but will try to do i right now.

  • It is not Kahunka. It is big Kahuna. Geez, learn before you post things.

  • -hmmmm what is that burger

    -big...big Kahuna Burger

    Something familiar from Pulp Fiction:)

  • Well, I think that is the regular burger. But if you want guacamole and xtra cheese you would want the big calabonga kahuna.

  • MMhm... this iiizz a tasy burga'!

  • uv got some really great tips! breathing is absolutely one of the most key things to being healthy! its really great how u incorperate a little of the science involved in each technique to make it more applicable.

great work, and keep the vids comming!

  • thanks for the great tips. what does Kahunka mean?

  • A Kahunka is a wooden totem pole similar to a Polynesian tiki god that tribesmen along the east coast of Brazil used to put on the front of their fishing boats to scare away the evil spirits.

  • The spelling however is different.

  • Thanks for a great site and videos. Approaching health from a cellular viewpoint makes so much sense. Thanks for the eye opener/Dan

  • Thank you Dan!

  • Very good tip on muscle building nutrition. I wil surely try that Ultimate Meal. Dod they have it at Trader Joe's?

  • Most health food stores carry it.

  • his tips are fucking gold! you should make a video on how to correct uneven pecs!

  • thank you for posting this. great information. i'm going to start this for better health! thanks again!

  • like anyone is watching for the tip- i watch these mute just to see those sizzling muscles ripple under that TIGHT shirt...yum
