I actually managed, somehow, to stay 100% raw for a full year not too long ago. No cooked food whatsoever, zero. Without a juicer, though, it was not easy, and it started getting weird...too many dates, figs, bananas, almonds, salads, sprouts, tomatoes and avocados so I ended up falling off the wagon. But if I'd had a juicer like you do now, it might have been so smooth and easy I might still be all raw! Good luck to you! :)
Thanks Julie. I just found a wheat-grass juicer for $2.50 at Cart'm and a friend gave me a nicer juicer for the other veggies/fruits. The universe wants me to go raw.... :o)
I love the spontaneous giggle when explaining you were on a spacecraft, haha.. Thoroughly looking forward to how you begin feeling the Equinox energies! They began rolling in with me - strong! - about four days ago now I think. Last night was a real doozy (not sure I'll be wording that! one any time soon). Super dizzy again today. Almost can't stand. Definitely cannot function, not well anyway.. Whew!, it'll level out soon I trust.
what else can i do but giggle...i found it pretty amazing but a little unbelievable.
dizzy, huh? i had a few minor feelings of vertigo but overall i have to say that the energies are passing through me easier...not impacting me as uncomfortably, so far. BUT my guides may be just giving me an extended break to clear and rejuvenate my body....a LOT of rewiring going on.
just spent 1/2 hour on a migus massage bed for a knot in my shoulders... :o)
