This Parade of Nations is an EPIC FAIL...nothing Bahamian about it...and the Costume for Miss Bahamas lacks creativity and cultural expression. We could have had the Shell Saxon Super Stars or Valley Boys...the National Dance or Choir...Rake n Scrape...something...Ministry of Tourism dropped the ball on this one...this look like it was held in the U.S.A....was this an Atlantis Plug or a Bahamas Plug? Mi critica a la Org. Miss Universo es que siempre realizan este certamen muy parecido al Miss USA. Debería ser diferente, si es el concurso de belleza más importante del mundo (como afirma Donald Trump en la apertura), pues entonces no se debería parecer a ningun otro certamen del planeta... Ademas me parece una falta de respeto el que coloquen a las candidatas a decir el nombre de su país en inglés, quizas este es uno de los factores por los cuales los niveles de audiencia no les favorecen!

My criticism of the Miss Universe Organization is to always make this event very similar to Miss USA ... Should be different, if it is the most important beauty contest in the world (as Donald Trump said at the opening), then we should not look like any other event on the planet ... Also I think a lack of respect that the candidates put to say the name of your country in English, perhaps this is one of the factors by which the ratings do not favor them!

miss universe 2009 is the weakest batch of candidates

there's only few woman that are really stand-out

and some of them did'nt even place

and very few made it but

got robbed of the crown

and when i say few i mean just 6 woman are derserving to placed

but 2010 is promising as of now a lot of strong girls are being crowned

and there's more to come
