I actually prefer the 3rd prize, a TV over a camera. And the $2000 is divided throughout the team right? So $400 isn't a lot if you compare with the other prizes. But if it's $2000 per person... wow.
they don't have as established fan bases and so aren't voted into the games at those events. COD is still limited to a USA game with a very rapidly growing exposure in Europe.
Yeah I would agree too but you see compare MW2's competitive style to even games like CS 1.6. Like what I mean is that MW2 is made for more of a fun style casual gaming rather than CS 1.6's very competitive makeup. Although MW2 has great potential in being a competitive game.
They made MW2 wayyy too easy. but developers had to put noob console users in consideration since most analog users are noobs so they made zero recoil for that game.
Its basically the first one to point and click wins unless ur a complete idiot.

CS 1.6 was not intended for competitions, i doubt sierra even thought of it that way, i believe it was made for "more of a fun style casual gaming", the competitive style was made by wcg and other leagues, simply because cs is a very well made and simple game.. and MW2 does not have great potential at all.. that game is garbage in terms of balancing issues

1.6 is a lot harder than any of the three thats y never see any noobs in that game.
