Try reading the manual also.

It even talks about the recession and that it was being called the same as the "dirty thirties". Also with failing business's and other things.

Search for the manual using "frontlines: fuel of war manual" in google and click the third link to read it for yourself.

This is one of the most mysterious game stories ever told for the reason being that this was all written when things were going good. Avian mention in 09, failing businesses left right and centre....

Something is a bit strange with the manual and the game trailer though. The manual states "virulent disease" the trailer says "Avian influenza in 09". I thought that was fairly odd.

This latest Bird/Swine/Bird2/Human Flu was made in one of over 1,000 bioweapons labs in the USA. Why do they insist on calling it the Swine Flu--it's NOT swine flu! Calif has a stockpile of swine flu vaccines from 2006--that vaccine is not the same strain as this latest flu! The swine flu vaccines in the 1970s killed more people than the actual flu!

Not for nothing but this Swin Flu is not really that deadly. The regular flu kills hundreds even thousands daily. The only deaths have only occured in Mexico and has been only 50 or so while thousands have gotten this flu.

I do agree they have been conditioning us through movies and computer gaming for this to happen.

I'm going to install the game tomorrow and see what it is about. Apart from the creepy trailer the game actually looks pretty good.

1918 Spanish Flu hits in Spring killing little like today's flu then returning in the flu season to kill between 50-100 million = the small percentile of people killed in Spring in 2009 and we have the winter to see if this is another case of history repeating itself.

And I been doing some research for the past few years based on this idea that we'll see a either a full military invasion or a another world war for resources....
