It totally strains credulity to say that ALL of these witnesses were mistaken. The FBI and Warren investigations were a sham designed to arrive at the pre-determined conclusion that Oswald acted alone. When witnesses came forward with credible information about other rifles or more than one man in the 6th floor window they were either ignored or told they were mistaken. An impartial investigation would have taken their information seriously and the leads would have been followed.
joe campisi used to visit ruby in jail all the time. papa joe as he was called back then owned a bar that was basically a front for organized crime. the lounge was a "layoff" place for bookies to layoff large wagers. the underworld in dallas was connected to marcello in nola and benny binion - owned the horshshoe in vegas. binion used rd mathews as his enforcer and collector -ruby used to operate in this swamp. every city in america had an underworld and alot of these guys were "connected"
right. i'm going to believe that someone sent pictures of the killers to a newspaper and didn't keep copies. i'm going to believe that the shooter ran out onto the street in broad day light in a crowd carrying the rifle.
@pranksterguy1 - I believe LHO was the lone assassine. I believe 6,000,000 Jews were gassed in a bedroom sized gas chamber with doors made of wood, glass windows and victims marched into such chambers with a calm peace . I believe 2000 could be cremated in 1 hour in 5 small ovens and Hitler really hated Jews. I beleive the witnesses saw 25 foot flames coming from the chimneys and Elie Wiesel has a tattoo on his left arm , it just happens to be invisible.
Why on earth would the Toronto telegram care how many shooters there were??? It makes no sense that a Canadian newspaper would cover that up. What are they going to do if it was real? Call up the States and say, "hey, you might be interested in this?" No, they're going to publish it. That woman who waited until 2006? Yeah, there's a credible witness.
Try to find the interview done with Connelly's doctor at parkland the day of the shooting. After describing the wounds he references the bullet and he says "it's still lodehd in his thigh". So, in his thigh or on a gourney? Which is it? Oh, and reporter, Seth Kantor describes running into Jack Ruby at Parkland. He recognizes Ruby, has a brief exchange with Ruby and includes that in his statement to the WC. They determined he was mistaken. The clip is from a BBC special.
Evidence was being planted as evidence was being destroyed. By the way, the bullet found on Conally's gourney at the hospital was found on the WRONG gourney. Beat that shit ya lone nut fucks! lol
Very interesting. Any witness who made statements that did not fit into the 3 shot, Oswald in the window scenario were mistaken. ALL of them were mistaken??
Thank you HelmerReenberg for all you research into this. All the clues do not add up to one gunman.Velma mentions a man running out of the back of TSBD with a high powered riffle. James Worrell standing below the 6th floor mentioned hearing a shot looked up saw gun fire then 2 more, heard a 4th as he ran around the corner while standing there he saw a man running out the back of TSBD . Detectives only found a bolt action so there had to be at least 2 shooters.
@imtweetydiva29 It's difficult to lend any credence to a witness who goes by their first name "Velma" . There's no way for authorities to question the witness to determine his/her credibility. This assassination is one of the most significant events in recent history and there are plenty of people who would enjoy some form of notoriety by being associated with the event. Jean Hill and Ed Hoffman are examples of people who made themselves famous by changing their story and profiting from it.
"We have not been told the truth about Oswald." --Senator Richard Russell, former Warren Commission member, conversation with researcher Harold Weisberg in 1970, Whitewash IV
"The thing I am concerned about, and so is [Deputy Attorney General Nicholas] Katzenbach, is having something issued so we can convince the public that Oswald is the real assassin." --FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, speaking on the telephone to Johnson aide Walter Jenkins two hours after Oswald was murdered by Jack Ruby, HSCA Report, vol. III, pp. 471-73. (The Warren Commission --
"We don't have any proof that Oswald fired the rifle. No one has been able to put him in that building with a gun in his hand." —Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry, quoted by United Press International, November 5, 1969'
""The committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that President John F. Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy. The committee is unable to identify the other gunman or the extent of the conspiracy." —Final Report, House Select Committee of Assassinations (HSCA), 1979
sorry but will have to continue the discussion another time. My Internet connection with Y/T is really acting up right now and I am having a real difficult time posting you back. Later...
@LoneNutter1 I will try this one more time. Post a link then...Have you seen the video right here on Y/T that shows the secret service guard that protected Kennedy from the rear being PULLED from their assigned positions on the car he was driving in BEFORE the assassination?
@stalkervision Yes. I've seen it and there's an explanation for the agents being called away from the limo.
It was well known among the Secret Service agents JFK did not like them to be standing on the rear platforms or the running boards. He thought it gave a bad impression to the public but just as important he knew that people wanted to see him and Jackie. JFK did agree to have the agents on the limo when they thought it was absolutely necessary. There is footage of the motorcade that shows
@LoneNutter1 actually the agent seems quite confused and perplexed he was being pulled from the car unlike what you claim whatsoever. In fact he object a ton of times to this as you can plainly see.
@stalkervision If you were to come to a conclusion and state it as a fact what the agent was confused and perplexed about you would be in error. You can't make a conclusion why the agent behaved the way he did without doing the proper research. A number of the agents assigned to the president and Jackie are still alive. Why not ask one of them? Perhaps the matter is addressed in the recently released book "The Kennedy Detail".
@LoneNutter1 I had seen one of the ss agents talking about this. You saw it happen yourself in the video. with you own eyes. Can you supply me with "the well known fact Kennedy would take his rear secret service protection off " the agent that was pulled from the car sure as hell didn't look like it was " a common thing. "
@stalkervision If a "number of Secret Service agents have come forth with this very same tale" it should be rather easy to find out what they said and who said it. I've looked on line for the infomation and have come up empty handed. But I'm not going to assume the information is on the internet and since you made the claim I'm going to rely on you to provide the information.
I will get an answer for you on your question ASAP.
@LoneNutter1 Not sure might be the discovery channel , I believe . Found this posting on the topic with a running debate already in progress apparently about the same thing LOL ! YT The Secret Service Agents in Dallas (English Version)
@stalkervision agent Clint Hill, who was assigned to protect Jackie, riding in the rear left platform of the limo while traveling throught the streets of Dallas. The crowds were huge that day. They were so large they were spilling onto the street. Agent Greer kept the limo to the left of the street to keep the president as far away from the crowds on the right. When he did this, Agent Hill left the SS car and rode behind Jackie. When the crowds got smaller he returned to the follow-up car.
@stalkervision Just prior to entering Dealey Plaza, while on Main Street, the crowds began to thin considerably. When they entered Dealey Plaza, the crowd was so small it was believed by the SS the president did not need to have the agents on the back or side of the limo.
You can't look at a tiny piece of film and deduce from that a conspiracy. You need to consider all of the information (credible information) before you can reach any type of conclusion.
@LoneNutter1 LMAO ! I believe the load nutter here is you..Yes, don't believe what your eyes tell you here or even the house assassination committee We are all conspiracy nuts..
@stalkervision Well, yes you are a bit nuts if you believe there was and still is a massive conspiracy involving tens of thousands of people all participating in a cover-up.
A reasonable, clear thinking person would ask themselves "does this massive and complex conspiracy covering a time period of almost 50 years make sense"?
If one answers "yes" then they need professional help.
@LoneNutter1... and the House Assassination Committee apparently. I guess they aren't as "clear thinking" as you are. They need professional help too as does a vast majority of the world's population who doesn't believe this nonsense either. Get a feeling your really talking about yourself yet because you are.
@stalkervision The HSCA upheld the finding of the Warren Commission. They major difference was the issue of the accoustics on the fabled "shot from the grassy knoll".
@stalkervision I'm sure there were lots of questions on a wide range of matters about the assassination. But the HSCA did not dispute the essential findings of the Warren Commission.
"The claim made by the guy at the rifle range came AFTER the assassination. "Evidence" of that nature is the most unreliable and usually made by people who want to become involved in a historic moment." you see the word you bolded here don't you?
actually I am pretty amased at your position defending the warren commission report when most of the world knows it was a contrived document because many of the most important witnesses weren't even questioned by the commission or if they were their stories were changed and altered as many were.
Actually looking at his records he was a mid-level shot and this target was MOVING away and at a angle to him. That is not in the test. was it? I also noticed you didn't answer any of my other questions yet except to call them "bally-hoo"
Fact Ruby asked to be "protected" so he could tysify at these hearings about the crime and his knowledge of it which was refused by the warren commission leaders Fact LBJ has sealed much of the evidence on the killing till 2026....
The warren commission and government got the report that they payed for. Gerald Ford admitted that the FBI and CIA both withheld important info from the commission though.
@LoneNutter1 Fact..G/F admitted that they weren't given complete info from the cia and FBI on the assassination Fact no fbi sharpshooters or anyone else has been able to duplicate the shots to this day in the time allowed. Fact..the scope on the rifles was found to be considerably off when found in the TSD . You assertions are really just that "personal assertions" Oh fact Many of the Dallas shooting witnesses were never called to testify at the committee hearings.
@stalkervision You're wrong about Gerald Ford. You're wrong about no being able to duplicate Oswalds time to shoot. It's likely he used the iron sights to file the rifle and didn't use the scope.
You're wrong about nearly everything about the facts of the assassination.
You've really bought into the conspiracy crap in more ways than one.
@LoneNutter1 just saying I am wrong doesn't make it so but apparently you believe this. This inspite of the fact you haven't checked out this story yet hm...The scope was MOUNTED to the rifle there champ as it was found or didn't you know that ? I have rifes and one doesn't mount a scope on them not to use it. PLEASE! LMAO ! Your blanket assertions about me being wrong just shows that you ignorant and haven't looked into the topic whatsoever.
@stalkervision I know the scope was mounted on the rifle. The experts fired the actual rifle using the scope and the iron sights. They believed LHO used the sights. He was trained to use the sights while in the Marines and his scores for rapid fire were 48 or of 50 and 49 out of 50.
You can rant and rave about all this other so-called "evidence". But it's all a bunch of ballyhoo.
@LoneNutter1 either way NO ONE could make these shots, Confirmed FACT Do you realize this yet? NO ONE. You do realize the distance would make iron sites very difficult to use also? He was far from the best marksman ranking the absolute lowest in the grade and now your telling me he was an excellent shot..? This is a confirmed FACT. He wasn't. As far as what I have written PLEASE check it out yourself if you really really care. If you don't just keep calling it all "ballyhoo.."
@stalkervision LHO rapid fired at a distance of 200 yards in the Marines. The last shot that struck JFK was 88 yards from the TSBD. That's well within the range of LHO's capabilities.
LHO fired at the range with the Marines on two different occasions. One one occasion he qualified as a Marksman and the other as Sharpshooter.
He was far from being a poor shot. That's just more CT bunk that's spread like manure on a field.
@LoneNutter1 It's funny in all the discussions including the FBI sharpshooters side they could never accomplish this task. You seem to have found them all wrong..Interesting In all descriptions of Oswald record he was a poor shot at best earning the lowest grade Marine grade.
@LoneNutter1 You may want to post a link to that. I can make random claims but what do they mean. He was a OUTSTANDING SHOT ? LOL ..Hardly post a link please. Do you know a man claiming to be oswald went to a rifle range beforehand and was such a bad shot he shot another man's target? He said he wished it was Kennedy. Think about that one. Post a like to oswald's marine files if your such an expert.
@stalkervision The claim made by the guy at the rifle range came AFTER the assassination. "Evidence" of that nature is the most unreliable and usually made by people who want to become involved in a historic moment. Jean Hill is another example of someone who said one thing to the press shortly after the shooting and then changed her story as the years went by. With Jean Hill ,her memory got better and her vision improved the further in time from the day of the assassination.
@LoneNutter1 Using the word "after" is pretty darn silly. When do you think eye witnesses are questioned. Before or after a crime? LOL! That's really funny..So what your saying is essentially that any eye witness that didn't confirm the warren commission version of the events is "unreliable" I see..
@LoneNutter1 They may have used the same rifle; after the scope and shim were readjusted. The scope and shim were defective on the rifle at the time it was used. Someone fired the weapon but it was not LHO.
@TheAmbassador11 In other words someone(s) broke into Ruth Paines garage, stole the rifle that was hidden and wrapped in the blanket, fired some bullets, damaged them, saved them, then on the day of the motorcade somehow got the rifle into the TSBD, built a "snipers nest" fired the shots at the motorcade, hid the rifle and got Oswald to leave the TSBD. Meanwhile, someone gets to Parkland Hospital and is able to find out exactly the nature of the wounds of everyone in the presidential limo as
@LoneNutter1 You are underestimating some powerful people. I beleive you understand what was going on at that time. Similar to today. Do you undertand how much these people hated JFK? I know the modern presidents are hated also. The US miltiary wanted to get into Vietnam badly and would do whatever it took to get there. There were people that wanted Castor out so they could go back to making millions per day. Yes, I believe LHO was framed.
@LoneNutter1 And the the scenenario you mention is not far fetched. Sir, these people were highly intelligent folks. It was an "intell" operation. You are giving LHO way too much credit. Oswald was being set up months before the murder of JFK. Who were these people impersonating him? Why all the look-a-like. Oswald being seen in places where he was not. A cheap weapon like the MC? A defective scope? No one seeing him run downstairs at a time when he should have been seen? A "magic" bullet?
@LoneNutter1 Two rifles and possibly three in the TSBD on the day of the murder? A Mauser in the building that was stamped "Mauser"? I saw a video where Seymour W. said he was mistaken..years after the fact. Witnesses that were ignored or testimonies dismissed? The WC dismissing evidence and listening to testimony ONLY that would implicate Oswald? No due process for LHO? Murdered in a police station in front of 70 cops? Three shells facing the same way? DPD "tried" and convicted LHO in 2 days?
@LoneNutter1 A tree that blocked the view of the limo? A shot in the throat that the WC said came through JFK's back and exited through his throat when at the autopsy at Bethesda was thought to have penetrated no more than the end of a finger? J.Connally saying that he was hit with a seperate shot? Nixon employing J.Ruby who was an informant? What was J.J.McCloy, later to serve on WC, doing at a meeting at C.Murchisons' home the eve of the murder?
@LoneNutter1 Why was JKF's order to get out of Vietnam after his murder reversed? He promised to splinter the CIA. The CIA was out of control. Do you think they were going to allow that to occur? J.Edgar Hoover announcing that "they had their man" before a trial? LBJ wanting to make sure that the Amercian people did not think it was an internation conspiracy becuase he feared a nuclear war when the military was itching to go to war with Cube and therefore Russia?
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@TheAmbassador11 99% of all the "evidence" you posted is pure hokum. The Conspiracy Obsessed have created a hugh ball of gnarled twine that is so badly jumbled with fake and false stories it has become nearly impossible for average people to differentiate between fact and fiction. You're posting fiction. I could argue from the position that this gnarled mess has been deliberately done by evil forces who don't want the people to know what really happened, and you're part of that evil force.
@virtuaI4desires Your gutter comment is typical of those who know little about the events in Dallas. Name calling and personal insults are surefire proof of lack of knowledge and lack of character.
@virtuaI4desires Let's dispose of the vulgarities and accusations of lying. I have a question for you. It's clear you believe there was a conspiracy behind the assassination of JFK. I'm not sure how you believe LHO was involved, but let's assume he had nothing to do with the assassination and he was a "patsy" or fall-guy. The following is a list of gunmen named by the different pro-conspiracy people who they believe were involved in the shooting of JFK. Which of these do you believe are the
@virtuaI4desires the true assassins? Badge Man, Hard Hat Man, Black Dog Man, Coke Bottle Man, Cowboy Hats Man, Picket Fence Man, Waving At Mary Ann Moormen Man, Kicking Gordon Arnold Man, Ed Hoffman's Dark Coat Man and Striped Railroad Shirt Man, Under the Grassy Knoll Man, Triple Underpass Man, The Other Grassy Knoll Man, Sewer Sniper Man, Behind The Pergola Man, The Other Shooter From The TSBD Man, Dal-Tex Man, The Building Behind The TSBD Man, Umbrella Man, Radio Man, Jackie Man,
@TheAmbassador11 and plant the "pristine bullet" on the right stretcher. In addition, they somehow managed to get the exact fibers off LHO shirt he was wearing that day and embed them between the butt plate and stock of the rifle and they managed to keep their fingerprints off the rifle and only LHO's prints remained.
Sure. Very likely and very plausible. How could millions of people not see this as a reasonable explanation of what really happened?
@LoneNutter1 Hardly L/n Gerald Ford admitted this himself just before he died. You might want to check intoi this if you really care. It's the absolute truth. How can you say it's 100 % false if you have never read this before. Frankly I don't believe you care if it's true or not.
Oswald admitted to being a patsy on TV. He was probably told to bring his rifle by the team and he did, and then told to wait in the breakroom until needed which he did. This video proves that other men did the shooting from the TSBD, not Oswald. Does anyone really think a pro hit team would let a flake like Oswald with an old Carcano and cheap off center scope participate in the shooting ? LOL ! He wanted to be a big infamous man and he got his wish ! just not the way he envisioned it !!!
I think that Eugene Hale Brading was firing from the DalTex Building, out a window behind the fire escape. He was shooting a Mannlicher-Carcano with a silencing device. One shot went over JFK's head, eventually wounding James Tague; another hit JFK in the upper back to the right of the spine; a third hit JFK in the back of the head (just a split second before the headshot from the front, as shown by Bob Harris). Is Brading Thane Eugene Cesar who shot RFK in the back of the head?
Many of these so-called witnesses came forward with their stories long after the assassination. This is another in the long line of conspiracy related tales being spread by the noisy but diminishing CT'er crowd.
@reefergladness I'd say your point would be valid, but the conspiracy crowd has spent the last 40+ years accusing scores of different people for the crime and they don't have any credible evidence. After 40 years one would think they'd come up with something of substance, but they haven't. The CT'ers are a diminishing breed. Their numbers are dwindling and in another 20 years they'll be on the endangered species list.
@LoneNutter1 they're only dwindling because this generation (Y) could not be bothered.. i ask you sir - would you consider the warren commission to be 'credible evidence'? do you actually believe the single-bullet theory?
@reefergladness Yes I do. I had great doubts about it for many years. When it was explained it made perfect sence. There was a big deception going on for many years about the single bullet and the deception came from the Conspiracy Theroists. They created illustrations of the seating arrangement in the limo that were false. Namely, they put Connolly and Kennedy's seats next to the interior right side of the limo and they placed their heads at the same height. When placed in this manner the single
@reefergladness bullet theory fell apart. But Kennedy and Connolly were not in that position. Connolly's seat was actually 6 inches closer to the center of the car and he was seated about 3 inches lower that JFK. At the time of impact, Connolly was turned to his right and was turning back to his left. When you put the men in the correct positions the single bullet lines up exactly. The Conspiracy crowd has done a great disservice over the past 40 years with their distortions and fabrications
@LoneNutter1 geez, you're quick! it's 7 in the morning here.. succinctly answered my friend.. one more query though - do you question the integrity of Lyndon Baines Johnson and J. Edgar Hoover? or are these honorable men whose integrity is beyond reproach?
@reefergladness about what happened in Dallas that day. In my opinion, their motivation behind their terrible behavior was not "to seek the truth" but to make a buck. They've been selling their conspiracy baloney for over 40 years and they're still pumping out crap and selling it to the unwary and unknowing. As a reformed CT'er I accuse these people as nothing more than carnival hucksters selling lies, distortions and blatant fabrications all in the pursuit of the almighty dollar.
@LoneNutter1 i partly agree - there's been over 1000 books thus far and many of them contradict each other (so they can't ALL be fact).. however - surely one must question the motivations behind the powers-that-be who benefited most from the assassination .. e.g. LBJ starting the Vietnam as his first order of business as Prez; the appointees of the warren commission could be regarded as JFK's enemies; the removal and disappearance of key evidence such as the president's brain; and so on
@reefergladness All of your points (LBJ and Vietnam-Warren Commission members) are based on speculation. Oliver Stone did a nifty job telling that story in the film JFK. But the film is an opinion piece and not a historical documentary. Imagine how many tickets would be sold if a film was released showing LHO as the sole gunman. No conspiracy-no coverup LHO did it all by himself and Ruby lost his temper and shot LHO.The theaters would be empty. Regarding the missing brain- the HSCA in 1978
@reefergladness concluded that Robert Kennedy took possession of the brain and had it buried with JFK when his grave (JFK's) was reopened and the body re-buried. There's not a single president in American history that didn't have enemies. With this in mind anytime someone tries to or succeeds in killing a president we could immediately form a suspect list which would include the people who had the most to gain from the assassination. But we need evidence to make that list. One just can't pick
@reefergladness names out of thin air because of our internal suspicions. There's no evidence LBJ had JFK shot. There's no evidence the WC had motives to coverup the assassination. The stories about conspiracy are all based on guesses, supposition, innuendo and a internal belief someone as powerful as JFK was brought down by a shadowy "them" that was just as powerful. LHO was a malcontent punk firing a crummy rifle and shot JFK in the back. Those are the actions of a coward. And we don't want to
@LoneNutter1 i've noticed over the years that the 'commie' LHO has been sidelined because it wouldn't wash today.. so what was his motive again? oh, he was just a 'punk' - and that's why he shot kennedy.. i don't buy it - he was a 'nobody' and wanted to be 'somebody' like mark chapman, right?.. then why did oswald ' emphatically deny these charges'? wouldn't he be taking credit for a job well done?
@reefergladness There's an obsession by many conspiracy theorists that if you can't find a motive for Oswald's actions he must be innocent. Showing motive in a murder case isn't necessary to prove guilt. All the prosecution needs is means and opportunity. Plus, the judicial system recognizes "flight" from the scene of a crime as evidence of guilt. There is a massive amount of evidence that LHO had the means to kill. He owned a rifle. He brought it to work. He fired it. He hid the rifle. And he
@LoneNutter1: Oswald did not 'flee,' he was not a suspect so he was free to go. You do need a motive or else your theory is that he heard the president was coming to town and thought that he may want to kill him! People can kill people over pussy, drugs, jealousy, fear, religion and the main one - money. When it comes to killing a president of the US, there is more to it than that. You just do not do it because, then when you get caught, you deny it instead of telling the world your views?
@n0gar Oswald left the scene of the crime. Regardless of the manner in which he left isn't important. It's still regarded as "flight". He left the scene before there was a role call of employees of the TSBD. It was after the roll call the empoyees were given permission by the investigating authorities to leave. Oswald was not there when this happened.
It's interesting to note that if Oswald was a patsy, why didn't he continue to make the claim to the Dallas police during the interrogation?
@LoneNutter1: Lol! No, it is NOT flight. Did he know that they would do a roll call? If he had, the cop would have told him to stay put. You are making this up. Oswald was not the only one who left either, but he was clearly the only one they had to get. We do not know what he said during interrogation as it was totally unprofessional - or sinister because all that we have is hearsay and scribble scrabble. If you watch him, you can see that he was confident at first, then broke down upon...
@LoneNutter1: Lol!! YOURSS is the speculation as you talked about things that did not happen and you tried to put false labels on them. I will not repeat myself, but you failed to address any of my points simply because you know that I am correct. Thanks.
@n0gar What points??! Oswald was about to cry? He knew he was left holding the bag?
LHO never came close to crying and the holding the bag baloney is a guess on your part. You didn't make any "points". You just engaged in more silly conspiracy babble where you confuse speculation and consider them facts.
You conspiracy people will believe anything as long as it supports your pathetically unprovable theories. After nearly 50 years you CT'ers should have come up with credible evidence. LOL!!
@LoneNutter1: I knew you were SV Anderson on Amazon. Reporter: "Did you shoot the president?" Oswald: "I did not shoot anyone. The first time I heard of this was when--- was when a reporter told me in the hall." At that point - he is nervous and almost seemed as if it was crying time as he then realized he is not getting out of this. Address the silly babble with your silly babble instead of trying to avoid the facts.
@n0gar You can't avoid what you don't know. Not only is it clear you don't know the facts, but you can't tell the difference between supposition and facts. You blend the two together (99% supposition-1% facts) and think they're the same.
Oswald being nervous and almost crying runs 100% contrary to what people saw and heard.
LHO ws the coolest person in the room. No sweating-no nervousness.
You're the first person I've ever heard that had an opinion the LHO was on the verge of tears. Silly.
@LoneNutter1: It is clear that you cannot challenge them so you go into another arena to avoid them! I know your Sean Hannity type style or arguing/avoidance. If you cannot tell that he was nervous during that particular press confeerence then you are sick. When he was first paraded to the press he was cool as I explained. Once he realized that his ass was grass he got nervous, stuttered and appeared to almost cry but held it in. I did not mention sweat. Stop including your own things to avoid
@LoneNutter1: Lol! You need an opened mind unless the checks are so good that it does not matter. It IS NOT my OPINION that he was nervous - we can SEE and HEAR that on the tape! It may be my take that he was holding back tears, but it is a good take. A better one than you people telling us why he killed JFK when you don't know why or that he did. If you decided that you wanted to a kill a president, you cannot just g et a gun without plans and just do it. It was a business/political murder.
@n0garLike I said before, it's your opinion he's about to cry. You can't claim it as a fact for a couple of reasons;1. You didn't know him 2. It's not possible for you to know what he's thinking 3. He didn't cry in front of the police or the reporters. 4. He didn't cry in front of his brother Robert when he came to see him in jail. 5. He didn't cry to Ruth Paine when he spoke to her on the phoneAt no time did Oswald break down and cry. Believe what you want, but it's not a fact.
@LoneNutter1: Like I wrote in response, it LOOKED as if he wanted to cry. And your points are meaningless because you did not know what he did in your points. At least you admit without saying that he was clearly nervous...
@n0gar But you take your opionion of how he "looked" to you and turned it into a fact!
Oswald nervous??? Are you serious?? He was cool as they come. He wasn't sweating. He spoke in a clear calm voice to the press. These are hardly indicators of an innocent guy claiming to be a "patsy".
You're grasping at anything you can get your hands on in a futile and desparate attempt to show his innocence. You're now trying to read his mind by the power of your magnificant observational skills and
@LoneNutter1: I was specific about WHEN he got nervous. i never mentioned sweating, you just injected that in there to dilute the argument. You do not have to sweat in order to be nervous, but the signs are stuttering, choking on your words and his general bodyily reaction at the time. You on the other hand speak as if you were there.
@n0gar treat your intrepretation as if it were a fact.
This is where clear thinking Americans depart from the silly conspiracy stories and use good old common sence and fundamental logic to form their opinions.
The conspiracy crowd is diminishing in size and their influence rates as comical. They'll be on the endangered species list in the near future. Intelligent people will dicover how much time and money you've wasted chasing phantom villians and invisible plots.
@LoneNutter1: Intelligent people (not you) will realize how much time you have wasted and have not challenged my points, but instead (like the Sean Hannity's of the world) avoided what you cannot refute.
@n0gar But I have challenged your basic flawed premise; You confuse opinion with fact and you assume everyone else thinks the way you do. They don't. Most people can distinguish between truth and fiction; fact and opinion. You seem to struggle with these. Thanks goodness I was here to help you.
As to your claims of "avoiding what you cannot refute", pray, what staggering piece of evidence did you post that I fled from? (this should be amusing)
@LoneNutter1: It won't be amusing and I will not repeat myself yet again. Your Sean Hannity style of arguing/avoidance does not work here buddy. I know you will come back and claim that I did not explain myself, so you could not have avoided anything, but you know what you missed and so does everyone reading the exchange. You avoided it because you could not deny it. Anyone reading can see that you offer many opinions as fact while I offer facts along with reading his body language as proof.
@n0gar I've re-read the postings and it's not apparent to me what your magnificent point was. Since I am of limited mental capacity perhaps it would be best for you to state your point again so I can't possibly miss it.
Failure to do so will lead me to believe you didn't have a point to begin with and all of this dialogue would have been a waste of time.
At the risk of making myself look silly, what was the point I missed?
@LoneNutter1: You have already made yourself look silly. You knew the point from the start and intentionally skipped over my main point in order to address a minor point. I have repeated myself enough.
@LoneNutter1:..Upon realizing that this was real and serious and that no one was helping him and was was left holding the bag. As he realized it, he got more nervous and revealed his age as he almost wanted to cry. His voice skipped and he started saying things like "they are taking me in because of the fact that I lived in the USSR." Once he realized that he was assed out, then he said "i'm just a pasty" and that he 'comitted no acts of violence.' They did not let the press speak to him again
@n0gar Your comment about the police not allowing the press to speak to him anymore after he made the "patsy" comment is horribly wrong.
First of all, the police are not required by any law to allow a person under arrest, access to the press. Nor does the press have a right to speak to the arrested person. Be that as it may, here is where you revealed your lack of knowledge regarding the press and Oswald at the jail.
Nov. 22, 4:40 pm- Photo taken of Oswald in the jail wearing handcuffs.
Nov. 23 12:10 am- LHO is brought in front of the press in the assembly room. This is where he says "No one has said that to me yet". He is told by a reporter that he's been charged for killing the president.
@n0gar Nov.23, 7:15 pm LHO is lead back to his cell after being shown the photo Marina took of him holding the rifle with the pistol on his hip and holding the two newspapers. He says to reporters "I emphatically deny these charges"
Nov.24 11:21- LHO is taken by elevator to the garage of the Police station. Reporter Ike Pappas asks LHO "Do you have anthing to say in your defence" LHO is then shot by Ruby.
Let's see...LHO had of ten encounters with the press. You said it ended on the third
@LoneNutter1: Contacts with the press is different from a press conference. The contacts that you mention are of him being taken from room to room, not a press confernce. When he was starting to crack as you saw in his body language and words, they kept him away. The fact that the plice is not required to allow the press to grill a suspect which would or could damage his case in court, just goes to show that they new this was all that the public would see of him.
@LoneNutter1: Whenever he saw the press you could see his anger and fear intensify as he shouted out various things to the press as he then realized that he was being kept away from them. On the way to the jail line up, you can clearly see his agitation with what was going on and he really realized that something was up. If you cannot see and hear all of that, then you are either a retard or just paid to spread propaganda like conservative radio hosts.
@n0gar Your comments are all speculative and they're your opinion based on your personal interpretation. You cannot possibly know what Oswald was thinking and therefore cannot form a factual conclusion.
LHO was not on the verge of tears as you alluded to earlier. Plus, you were way off on your description of the events and the Dalls police keeping Oswald and the press apart.
Do you honestly believe that calling someone names is an effective way to get them to change their mind?
@LoneNutter1: I personally do not give a fuck if you cahnge your mind at all. I never talked about what Oswald was THINKING, I talked about what he DID and what he SAID and how he said and did them. That, is not speculation or my opinion, those are stone cold FACTS. The only slight opinion I offed was that he appear as if he was going to cry, but held tears back. The reast you can see for yourself. If you can't see and hear them, then you just don't want to.
@n0gar You may not have said the word "thinking" but it's obvoius that you were implying it by assuming his "state of mind" . You did this by interpreting the manner in which he spoke and that is clearly speculative on your part.
I have my own intrepretation of Oswald's behaviour while in custody, but I have the good sense not to tell people they're "facts". That's one of the many areas CT'ers get derailed. Thay have a difficult time seperating their opinions from the fatcs.
@LoneNutter1: What he said, did and how he reacted are FACTS, not opinon. You evil doers whore likes to keep the lies going even when it is right in your face. That poor man Oswald. Killed in cold blood by no good, greedy bastards!
@n0gar Awwwww... poor, poor Lee Harvey Oswald. He was minding his own business and some unknown group framed him for shooting the president.
Oswald was coward who performed a public slaughter of our president. He wasn't just guilty...he was guilty as sin. After murdering JFK he then guns down a police officer.
Oswald was a smarmy punk who never got to enjoy his cowardly fame. Why you conspiracy theorists consider him to be your hero is beyond the understanding of rational people.
@LoneNutter1: Awwww... You keep avoiding the facts... Sadly, he was set up by an ideology of no good bastards. With this Congresswoman being shot by another three named, lone nut with no actual video of him on Youtube, I wonder about that too. They rushed to say he acted alone, now there may be another. I know you will jump the gun and accuse, but I am just saying it looks strange right now. They did not even parade that guy before the media.
@LoneNutter1: Oswald had a lot of time to enjoy his fame, but of course he spent all of his time denying they he did it, complaining about his treatment, the lineups and letting it be known that he was being set up. People like you do not buy it because you are paid to post southern propaganda on websites. You do a lot of writing and you might even add a timeline, but you are not saying a thing to anyone but a lay person. You are as guilty to say the man did it when he was pleading his case.
@n0gar I've already siad it's not possible to read LHO's mind. I don't know what he was thinking based on the words he used, the timber of his voice, how loudly he yelled and what he was yelling about.
I do know the events that transpired prior to and soon after each time he was brought through the hallway and in the assembly room which may provide some insight to his state of mind. You want to play "Mindreader". That's a silly game with no possible way to establish a correct answer.
@LoneNutter1: How the fuck am I reading his mind when I am listening to what he said, how he reacted when he said it and what he did? Are YOU the lone nutter? You are just paid to post propaganda, but not too smart at it.
@n0gar You've been making insinuating remarks about his thoughts and how he felt. Earlier you said he was nervous. (That's hardley the case of what happened. LHO never exhibited the behavior of an innocent person) You said he appeared he was about to cry. And again, you're attempting to read his mind by making an intrepretation that's not valid. You assume too much and then you spin it to fit your preconcieved notions about your hero Lee Oswald.
@LoneNutter1 : Bullshit because I do not have any preconcieved notions about oswald. Unlike you, I keep an open mind. I made myself very clear many times but you could not deny it with facts, so you deny it with fiction. Tell me buddy, just how does an innocent person behave? Is everyone the same? You could get arrested and cry like a bitch and the next man may choose to fight, which ones is guilty?
@n0gar Why do you post swears in your comments? You somehow find a way to weave a profanity into the discussion as if the use of the word(s) will elevate the discussion. Perhaps this is your way of appearing intellectual?
I've had numerous discussions with people in law enforcement and they will tell you that one of the key indicators they look at is the demeanor of a person being questioned. Depending on the nature of the crime, if a suspect is calm and relaxed it's an indication of guilt.
@LoneNutter1: BS. Yeah, cops may look at a demeanor as an indicator along with other things to go with it, but demeanor alone cannot tell them that someone is guilty or that they should even be arrested. Usually when someone is calm, that is an indicator of innocence. When someoneacts crazy, that indicates guilt. When OJ was picked up and the police alrady had him in mind, he was calm and they used that demeanor as an indicator of guilt - although they had in as the prime suspect before talkin
@LoneNutter1: I am not wrong. You are not wrong on this point - no one is right! People react in different ways. Just because you would bitch up does not mean that the next man would.
@n0gar While it's not proof of guilt, it's an indicator. How a person reacts to questions is an indicator as well. During the interrogations LHO was combative (he was upset with Hosty and his questions) he was willing to give information that was not sought (an indication of guilt) he denied any ownership of any firearm (they caught him with a pistol at the Texas Theater so he lied to the police) he gave no explaination for the Alex Hidel ID card and myriad other bits and pieces of information.
@LoneNutter1: It is no indicator. If I were caught for something serious, I would remain calm while you may cry for your mother. He was not combative. Being upset or disagreeing is not combative. He said he did not own any firearm and he did not lie about that. What firearm was in Owald's name? You cannot totally rely on what the police said since they did not make Oswald's offical statement down which is very strange...
@n0gar You're in total denial if you've bought in to the notion of Oswald not owning a firearm. The pistol he was carrying was shown to have been the one used on Officer Tippit. In fact, Oswald tried to shoot one of the policeman at the Texas Theater.
@All BEWARE!!!

Its fvcking obvious that illuminati killed JFK .
1st - The man who killled him is on the 6th floor .
2nd - 4:16 on the newspaper there is 66 .
NOW 6-6-6 = 666
And 1 more proof . do you know why many people covered the thruth ?
Because the illuminati controlled the world . which means it control the Media too.

Detectives only found a bolt action so there had to be at least 2 shooters.
imtweetydiva29 1 year ago
@imtweetydiva29 It's difficult to lend any credence to a witness who goes by their first name "Velma" . There's no way for authorities to question the witness to determine his/her credibility. This assassination is one of the most significant events in recent history and there are plenty of people who would enjoy some form of notoriety by being associated with the event. Jean Hill and Ed Hoffman are examples of people who made themselves famous by changing their story and profiting from it.

LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 I will try this one more time. Post a link then...Have you seen the video right here on Y/T that shows the secret service guard that protected Kennedy from the rear being PULLED from their assigned positions on the car he was driving in BEFORE the assassination?
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision Yes. I've seen it and there's an explanation for the agents being called away from the limo.
It was well known among the Secret Service agents JFK did not like them to be standing on the rear platforms or the running boards. He thought it gave a bad impression to the public but just as important he knew that people wanted to see him and Jackie. JFK did agree to have the agents on the limo when they thought it was absolutely necessary. There is footage of the motorcade that shows
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 actually the agent seems quite confused and perplexed he was being pulled from the car unlike what you claim whatsoever. In fact he object a ton of times to this as you can plainly see.
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision If you were to come to a conclusion and state it as a fact what the agent was confused and perplexed about you would be in error. You can't make a conclusion why the agent behaved the way he did without doing the proper research. A number of the agents assigned to the president and Jackie are still alive. Why not ask one of them? Perhaps the matter is addressed in the recently released book "The Kennedy Detail".

LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@stalkervision Just prior to entering Dealey Plaza, while on Main Street, the crowds began to thin considerably. When they entered Dealey Plaza, the crowd was so small it was believed by the SS the president did not need to have the agents on the back or side of the limo.
You can't look at a tiny piece of film and deduce from that a conspiracy. You need to consider all of the information (credible information) before you can reach any type of conclusion.

@stalkervision You CT'ers should take your own advise about the credibility of evidence.
Oswald shot JFK with the Mannlicher and Officer Tippit with the pistol.
There were witnesses to both events and a mountain of physical evidence to support the accusation.
Oswald was guilty as sin.
Period. Case closed.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 Fact..G/F admitted that they weren't given complete info from the cia and FBI on the assassination Fact no fbi sharpshooters or anyone else has been able to duplicate the shots to this day in the time allowed. Fact..the scope on the rifles was found to be considerably off when found in the TSD . You assertions are really just that "personal assertions" Oh fact Many of the Dallas shooting witnesses were never called to testify at the committee hearings.
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision You're wrong about Gerald Ford. You're wrong about no being able to duplicate Oswalds time to shoot. It's likely he used the iron sights to file the rifle and didn't use the scope.
You're wrong about nearly everything about the facts of the assassination.
You've really bought into the conspiracy crap in more ways than one.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 just saying I am wrong doesn't make it so but apparently you believe this. This inspite of the fact you haven't checked out this story yet hm...The scope was MOUNTED to the rifle there champ as it was found or didn't you know that ? I have rifes and one doesn't mount a scope on them not to use it. PLEASE! LMAO ! Your blanket assertions about me being wrong just shows that you ignorant and haven't looked into the topic whatsoever.
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision I know the scope was mounted on the rifle. The experts fired the actual rifle using the scope and the iron sights. They believed LHO used the sights. He was trained to use the sights while in the Marines and his scores for rapid fire were 48 or of 50 and 49 out of 50.
You can rant and rave about all this other so-called "evidence". But it's all a bunch of ballyhoo.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 either way NO ONE could make these shots, Confirmed FACT Do you realize this yet? NO ONE. You do realize the distance would make iron sites very difficult to use also? He was far from the best marksman ranking the absolute lowest in the grade and now your telling me he was an excellent shot..? This is a confirmed FACT. He wasn't. As far as what I have written PLEASE check it out yourself if you really really care. If you don't just keep calling it all "ballyhoo.."
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision LHO rapid fired at a distance of 200 yards in the Marines. The last shot that struck JFK was 88 yards from the TSBD. That's well within the range of LHO's capabilities.
LHO fired at the range with the Marines on two different occasions. One one occasion he qualified as a Marksman and the other as Sharpshooter.
He was far from being a poor shot. That's just more CT bunk that's spread like manure on a field.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 It's funny in all the discussions including the FBI sharpshooters side they could never accomplish this task. You seem to have found them all wrong..Interesting In all descriptions of Oswald record he was a poor shot at best earning the lowest grade Marine grade.
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision Oswald's time to fire was actually beaten by Howard Donohue. He was not a member of the Secret Service or the FBI.
The three rankings for shooting in the Marines are Expert, Sharpshooter and Marksman.
The first time Oswald fired to qualify he earned Sharpshooter
The second time he earned Marksman.
Your insistance that he was a poor shot is 100% false.
He was an outstanding shot while firing rapidly hitting the target at 200 yards 48 out of 50 times and 49 out of 50 times.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 You may want to post a link to that. I can make random claims but what do they mean. He was a OUTSTANDING SHOT ? LOL ..Hardly post a link please. Do you know a man claiming to be oswald went to a rifle range beforehand and was such a bad shot he shot another man's target? He said he wished it was Kennedy. Think about that one. Post a like to oswald's marine files if your such an expert.
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision The claim made by the guy at the rifle range came AFTER the assassination. "Evidence" of that nature is the most unreliable and usually made by people who want to become involved in a historic moment. Jean Hill is another example of someone who said one thing to the press shortly after the shooting and then changed her story as the years went by. With Jean Hill ,her memory got better and her vision improved the further in time from the day of the assassination.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 Using the word "after" is pretty darn silly. When do you think eye witnesses are questioned. Before or after a crime? LOL! That's really funny..So what your saying is essentially that any eye witness that didn't confirm the warren commission version of the events is "unreliable" I see..
stalkervision 1 year ago
@stalkervision The "witness" came forward with the story after the assassination. Of course they're going to interview witnesses after the crime.
Are you that obtuse you need to have events that a child could grasp be explained to you?

@LoneNutter1 They may have used the same rifle; after the scope and shim were readjusted. The scope and shim were defective on the rifle at the time it was used. Someone fired the weapon but it was not LHO.
TheAmbassador11 1 week ago
@TheAmbassador11 In other words someone(s) broke into Ruth Paines garage, stole the rifle that was hidden and wrapped in the blanket, fired some bullets, damaged them, saved them, then on the day of the motorcade somehow got the rifle into the TSBD, built a "snipers nest" fired the shots at the motorcade, hid the rifle and got Oswald to leave the TSBD. Meanwhile, someone gets to Parkland Hospital and is able to find out exactly the nature of the wounds of everyone in the presidential limo as
LoneNutter1 1 week ago

TheAmbassador11 1 week ago
@LoneNutter1 Two rifles and possibly three in the TSBD on the day of the murder? A Mauser in the building that was stamped "Mauser"? I saw a video where Seymour W. said he was mistaken..years after the fact. Witnesses that were ignored or testimonies dismissed? The WC dismissing evidence and listening to testimony ONLY that would implicate Oswald? No due process for LHO? Murdered in a police station in front of 70 cops? Three shells facing the same way? DPD "tried" and convicted LHO in 2 days?
TheAmbassador11 1 week ago
@LoneNutter1 A tree that blocked the view of the limo? A shot in the throat that the WC said came through JFK's back and exited through his throat when at the autopsy at Bethesda was thought to have penetrated no more than the end of a finger? J.Connally saying that he was hit with a seperate shot? Nixon employing J.Ruby who was an informant? What was J.J.McCloy, later to serve on WC, doing at a meeting at C.Murchisons' home the eve of the murder?
TheAmbassador11 1 week ago
@LoneNutter1 Why was JKF's order to get out of Vietnam after his murder reversed? He promised to splinter the CIA. The CIA was out of control. Do you think they were going to allow that to occur? J.Edgar Hoover announcing that "they had their man" before a trial? LBJ wanting to make sure that the Amercian people did not think it was an internation conspiracy becuase he feared a nuclear war when the military was itching to go to war with Cube and therefore Russia?

@TheAmbassador11 99% of all the "evidence" you posted is pure hokum. The Conspiracy Obsessed have created a hugh ball of gnarled twine that is so badly jumbled with fake and false stories it has become nearly impossible for average people to differentiate between fact and fiction. You're posting fiction. I could argue from the position that this gnarled mess has been deliberately done by evil forces who don't want the people to know what really happened, and you're part of that evil force.

In addition, they somehow managed to get the exact fibers off LHO shirt he was wearing that day and embed them between the butt plate and stock of the rifle and they managed to keep their fingerprints off the rifle and only LHO's prints remained.

LOL ! He wanted to be a big infamous man and he got his wish ! just not the way he envisioned it !!!
videocanone 1 year ago
I think that Eugene Hale Brading was firing from the DalTex Building, out a window behind the fire escape. He was shooting a Mannlicher-Carcano with a silencing device. One shot went over JFK's head, eventually wounding James Tague; another hit JFK in the upper back to the right of the spine; a third hit JFK in the back of the head (just a split second before the headshot from the front, as shown by Bob Harris). Is Brading Thane Eugene Cesar who shot RFK in the back of the head?

Many of these so-called witnesses came forward with their stories long after the assassination. This is another in the long line of conspiracy related tales being spread by the noisy but diminishing CT'er crowd.

reefergladness 1 year ago
@reefergladness I'd say your point would be valid, but the conspiracy crowd has spent the last 40+ years accusing scores of different people for the crime and they don't have any credible evidence. After 40 years one would think they'd come up with something of substance, but they haven't. The CT'ers are a diminishing breed. Their numbers are dwindling and in another 20 years they'll be on the endangered species list.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 they're only dwindling because this generation (Y) could not be bothered.. i ask you sir - would you consider the warren commission to be 'credible evidence'? do you actually believe the single-bullet theory?
reefergladness 1 year ago
@reefergladness Yes I do. I had great doubts about it for many years. When it was explained it made perfect sence. There was a big deception going on for many years about the single bullet and the deception came from the Conspiracy Theroists. They created illustrations of the seating arrangement in the limo that were false. Namely, they put Connolly and Kennedy's seats next to the interior right side of the limo and they placed their heads at the same height. When placed in this manner the single
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@reefergladness bullet theory fell apart. But Kennedy and Connolly were not in that position. Connolly's seat was actually 6 inches closer to the center of the car and he was seated about 3 inches lower that JFK. At the time of impact, Connolly was turned to his right and was turning back to his left. When you put the men in the correct positions the single bullet lines up exactly. The Conspiracy crowd has done a great disservice over the past 40 years with their distortions and fabrications
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 geez, you're quick! it's 7 in the morning here.. succinctly answered my friend.. one more query though - do you question the integrity of Lyndon Baines Johnson and J. Edgar Hoover? or are these honorable men whose integrity is beyond reproach?
reefergladness 1 year ago
@reefergladness about what happened in Dallas that day. In my opinion, their motivation behind their terrible behavior was not "to seek the truth" but to make a buck. They've been selling their conspiracy baloney for over 40 years and they're still pumping out crap and selling it to the unwary and unknowing. As a reformed CT'er I accuse these people as nothing more than carnival hucksters selling lies, distortions and blatant fabrications all in the pursuit of the almighty dollar.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 i partly agree - there's been over 1000 books thus far and many of them contradict each other (so they can't ALL be fact).. however - surely one must question the motivations behind the powers-that-be who benefited most from the assassination .. e.g. LBJ starting the Vietnam as his first order of business as Prez; the appointees of the warren commission could be regarded as JFK's enemies; the removal and disappearance of key evidence such as the president's brain; and so on
reefergladness 1 year ago
@reefergladness All of your points (LBJ and Vietnam-Warren Commission members) are based on speculation. Oliver Stone did a nifty job telling that story in the film JFK. But the film is an opinion piece and not a historical documentary. Imagine how many tickets would be sold if a film was released showing LHO as the sole gunman. No conspiracy-no coverup LHO did it all by himself and Ruby lost his temper and shot LHO.The theaters would be empty. Regarding the missing brain- the HSCA in 1978
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@reefergladness concluded that Robert Kennedy took possession of the brain and had it buried with JFK when his grave (JFK's) was reopened and the body re-buried. There's not a single president in American history that didn't have enemies. With this in mind anytime someone tries to or succeeds in killing a president we could immediately form a suspect list which would include the people who had the most to gain from the assassination. But we need evidence to make that list. One just can't pick
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@reefergladness names out of thin air because of our internal suspicions. There's no evidence LBJ had JFK shot. There's no evidence the WC had motives to coverup the assassination. The stories about conspiracy are all based on guesses, supposition, innuendo and a internal belief someone as powerful as JFK was brought down by a shadowy "them" that was just as powerful. LHO was a malcontent punk firing a crummy rifle and shot JFK in the back. Those are the actions of a coward. And we don't want to

reefergladness 1 year ago
@reefergladness There's an obsession by many conspiracy theorists that if you can't find a motive for Oswald's actions he must be innocent. Showing motive in a murder case isn't necessary to prove guilt. All the prosecution needs is means and opportunity. Plus, the judicial system recognizes "flight" from the scene of a crime as evidence of guilt. There is a massive amount of evidence that LHO had the means to kill. He owned a rifle. He brought it to work. He fired it. He hid the rifle. And he
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1: Oswald did not 'flee,' he was not a suspect so he was free to go. You do need a motive or else your theory is that he heard the president was coming to town and thought that he may want to kill him! People can kill people over pussy, drugs, jealousy, fear, religion and the main one - money. When it comes to killing a president of the US, there is more to it than that. You just do not do it because, then when you get caught, you deny it instead of telling the world your views?
n0gar 1 year ago
@n0gar Oswald left the scene of the crime. Regardless of the manner in which he left isn't important. It's still regarded as "flight". He left the scene before there was a role call of employees of the TSBD. It was after the roll call the empoyees were given permission by the investigating authorities to leave. Oswald was not there when this happened.
It's interesting to note that if Oswald was a patsy, why didn't he continue to make the claim to the Dallas police during the interrogation?
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1: Lol! No, it is NOT flight. Did he know that they would do a roll call? If he had, the cop would have told him to stay put. You are making this up. Oswald was not the only one who left either, but he was clearly the only one they had to get. We do not know what he said during interrogation as it was totally unprofessional - or sinister because all that we have is hearsay and scribble scrabble.

Address the silly babble with your silly babble instead of trying to avoid the facts.
n0gar 1 year ago

@n0gar You're entitled to your own opinions but you're not entitled to you're own facts.
It's your opinion that he was about to cry, but you can't claim it as a fact.
It's your opinion that he was nervous, but you can't claim it as a fact.
That's one of the major issues I have with CT'ers; They invent facts that are nothing more than opinions and they can't tell them apart.
It's been nearly 50 years and they've yet to produce any credible evidence to overturn the Warren Report.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1: Lol! It was a business/political murder.
n0gar 1 year ago
@n0garLike I said before, it's your opinion he's about to cry. You can't claim it as a fact for a couple of reasons;1. You didn't know him 2. It's not possible for you to know what he's thinking 3. He didn't cry in front of the police or the reporters. 4. He didn't cry in front of his brother Robert when he came to see him in jail. 5. He didn't cry to Ruth Paine when he spoke to her on the phoneAt no time did Oswald break down and cry. Believe what you want, but it's not a fact.

LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1: I was specific about WHEN he got nervous. i never mentioned sweating, you just injected that in there to dilute the argument. This is where clear thinking Americans depart from the silly conspiracy stories and use good old common sence and fundamental logic to form their opinions.

n0gar 1 year ago
@n0gar But I have challenged your basic flawed premise; You confuse opinion with fact and you assume everyone else thinks the way you do. They don't. Most people can distinguish between truth and fiction; fact and opinion. You seem to struggle with these. Thanks goodness I was here to help you.
As to your claims of "avoiding what you cannot refute", pray, what staggering piece of evidence did you post that I fled from? (this should be amusing)

@n0gar encounter when in fact there were seven more contacts Oswald had with the press after he had made the "patsy"comment.
By the way..Oswald wasn't crying nor did he appear to be breaking down at any of the ten encounters he had with the press.
Try another theory. This one isn't working.
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1: Contacts with the press is different from a press conference. The contacts that you mention are of him being taken from room to room, not a press confernce. When he was starting to crack as you saw in his body language and words, they kept him away. The fact that the plice is not required to allow the press to grill a suspect which would or could damage his case in court, just goes to show that they new this was all that the public would see of him.
n0gar 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1: Whenever he saw the press you could see his anger and fear intensify as he shouted out various things to the press as he then realized that he was being kept away from them. On the way to the jail line up, you can clearly see his agitation with what was going on and he really realized that something was up. If you cannot see and hear all of that, then you are either a retard or just paid to spread propaganda like conservative radio hosts.
n0gar 1 year ago
@n0gar Your comments are all speculative and they're your opinion based on your personal interpretation. You cannot possibly know what Oswald was thinking and therefore cannot form a factual conclusion.
LHO was not on the verge of tears as you alluded to earlier. Plus, you were way off on your description of the events and the Dalls police keeping Oswald and the press apart.
Do you honestly believe that calling someone names is an effective way to get them to change their mind?
LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1: I personally do not give a fuck if you cahnge your mind at all. I never talked about what Oswald was THINKING, I talked about what he DID and what he SAID and how he said and did them. That, is not speculation or my opinion, those are stone cold FACTS. The only slight opinion I offed was that he appear as if he was going to cry, but held tears back. The reast you can see for yourself. If you can't see and hear them, then you just don't want to.
n0gar 1 year ago
@n0gar You may not have said the word "thinking" but it's obvoius that you were implying it by assuming his "state of mind" . You did this by interpreting the manner in which he spoke and that is clearly speculative on your part.
I have my own intrepretation of Oswald's behaviour while in custody, but I have the good sense not to tell people they're "facts". That's one of the many areas CT'ers get derailed. Thay have a difficult time seperating their opinions from the fatcs.

I do know the events that transpired prior to and soon after each time he was brought through the hallway and in the assembly room which may provide some insight to his state of mind. You want to play "Mindreader". That's a silly game with no possible way to establish a correct answer.

LoneNutter1 1 year ago
@LoneNutter1 : Bullshit because I do not have any preconcieved notions about oswald. Unlike you, I keep an open mind. I made myself very clear many times but you could not deny it with facts, so you deny it with fiction. Tell me buddy, just how does an innocent person behave? Is everyone the same? You could get arrested and cry like a bitch and the next man may choose to fight, which ones is guilty?
n0gar 1 year ago

@n0gar You're 100% wrong about the demeanor of people during police questioning.
I find it interesting that you're willing to take selective bits of information and "spin" it in defence of what appears to be your hero Lee Oswald.

Innocent people don't try the shoot cops.
