Playing the actual game isn't that hard. However going through the menus would be a bit difficult until you get the hang of what things are. But it also depends at how well one navigates through menus in languages they don't know.
Cheers for posting this! I cannot wait for the Australia release, shall be getting it from my local store! I'm a huge fan of these kinds of games. Bring on the enjoyable repetition!
I've heard rumors about that but I'm not too sure it's actually gonna be released on that. Though I kinda doubt it'll be released in the US for PS2 since the PS3 is already launched. But I already beat the game and know the plot of it.
OniKidou, its not just the Japanese, but rather the game publisher fault. Genki thinks that the game won't do well in the states so they won't release it here in the west.
I know that. But I still like to blame them for that. Plus the game wouldn't actually do well in the states unless they updated the graphics more. [sarcasm]'Cuse everybody knows that awesome graphics makes an awesome game. [/sarcasm]

Phantagram/Q? did a game called Ninety-Nine Nights for the X360 that was very similar to Ikusa Gami. It had excellent graphics, cool moves, and a pretty nicely done plot. Problem was that they didn't polish the gameplay enough and the game suffered for it.
in the beginning,,great technique to ruin a battle xD

i just read that the game can have up to 65535 enemies on screen at once? is that true?
SADFEETFEAR 2 years ago
Yes. That is true. There is a level on the game where you have that many enemies on the screen.

in Europe the game is called Demon Chaos with Japanese voice and english subtitles/main text, you can buy it to
Ps2 and X-Box, well it seems to that we in Europe has been lucky because i have checked gamefaqs and it doesnt
seems to it have been released in USA, so if you want the game then buy it on an european web-site;)
I WAS FUCKING LUCKY TO HAVE THE GAME, LOSERS;)
chikovi 4 years ago
Or just pir8 it since if it was too late in the game for them to bring it over to the US then it is too late in the game to be paying for it.

It looks like a horribly repetitive mess.

It's all about taste. I don't mind the repetitive games as long as I know that I enjoy them.

Europe got it. Australia will be getting it. The US won't be seeing it.
asuka120 5 years ago
Of course not. The US never gets cool games. We just get games like Halo, and Gears of War, and Sponge Bob

been wanting to play Ikusa Gami for a while. Isn't it due out in the U.S. under the title "Demon Chaos" in early 2007?
