I think he's kinda right. See, look at carefully at smart's front (or check other videos about crashtest on smarts). Where does the space for your legs goes? Even with the safety cell or anything like that, *if* you survive, you'd loose your both legs.

Pretty disturbing. They did a crash test smart versus fiat panda and the smart went really well. Thats because those are both small cars. When its about big or medium-size cars, smart just cant handle. Kill driver or makes lots of injury.
