Cerys said at the time that they based the video on the Velvet Revolution and that the song was about "Building anew on old foundations". I was on the mailing list at the time and I remember getting sent a bit of stone with the word "catatonia" written on it to promote this song, still have it.

This song has a very British 90's anthem production style, it reminds me of Embrace or The Verve of the late 90's. Musical tastes were moving on by the time of it's release in 2001, still a very good song though, probably their best.
