  • this is really good, i always did the stand start and i have been trying to learn the glide of NSW All Schools and thanks this video really helped me out. And for the hip thing can you suggest any drills for the hip thingy

  • The harder the sole of the shoe , the better the transfer of forces from the ground reaction into the thrower's body. Out of that for rotational events , hard soles will increase the speed of the rotation and make it easier with less forces lost into friction.

  • Why is there so much switching between throwing shoes and sneakers? Is it just the athletes preference of does it have to do with the drill?
