Hi PD! I've heard your other YT vids about moisturizing too, and I have the right product, but I don't understand exactly what my pattern of use should be for me and my girls. I also don't understand exactly how much is enough, when you've already put in leave-in conditioner and creamy hair oils (like Shea Moisture). Do you have a video on the proper application method and frequency already uploaded?
Thanks a lot for the advice, hun. I had flakes last night so my scalp is super dry. I did seal with a product other than my normal shea butter mix. I found the softee mango butter hair dress aka grease and I love it. I do have some Blue Magic in my cabinet too. I agree if it works... it just works.
Question for you.. do you still use a leave in at all? I am trying to find my pace with a daily routine. So in the morning what exactly do you do? I am thinking I maybe be doing to much.
@nwallace1908 in morning I spritz my hair with water, put a little bit of leave in conditioner in hair, and the seal with my ue magic....I use like a quarter size right now.
I love the blue magic products but I felt so guilty using it b/c of the whole petrolatum arguement that goes on in the natural community, and tried to find something else that works and had to come back to this cause this is the only thing that keeps my hair moisturized for days. Listening to your hair is the most important stick w/ what works...and ur vidoes helped me learn that. I will no longer let my hair suffer when there is a product that works on my hair b/c of naysayers...
I still use the glycerin and distilled water solution. I live in Chicago, so I know how BRUTAL the winter season can be on NATURAL HAIR. My baby is a PERMIE and I use the solution on her hair as well.
BTW... I am loving the earrings... And you look so pretty with your new DIVA-DO!!!!
my hair is as short as yours, and i have felt self-conscious about it, particularly because i live in a predominately white area. but girl you are rocking the haircut w/ those earrings! thank you for this video - for the information, and showing that cute short hair is possible.
That is the exact product that I use too. I do put a little on my finger tips and massage my scalp with it only after I wash it then the rest of the week I use just water and/or oils. I figured this worked for us as kids so I went back old school. I'm also not a "product nazi" (love that phrase). I test stuff out and see how it works for me regardless of it's ingredients. Great vid, love the hair!!!
wholesalewigsonline. c o m highly recommend.. I personally purchased a lot of real human hair hand tied wefts and wigs from wholesalewigsonline. c o m i got my hair so fast and it is absolutely the softest, most beautiful hair i have ever seen it is always smooth and delightful, the quality of the hair is wonderful, this hair is awesome! the hair was simple to maintain and i love the natural look of it i got tons of compliments! excellent quality and durability ,it is easy to work with
I love Blue Magic and my oils lol but when i firtst did my BC last July that was the first thing i went back to using and it did wonder for my waves! My family still uses this product faithfully
After using so many other products, I went back to my roots and I use the BM with bergamont on my daughter. I have noticed a diferrence is just a few weeks in the softness. Thanks for sharing!!!
I would like to try the baggy method but concerned about breaking out or infection. I have eczema, do you have any irritations from it or heard of breakouts. thanks
I have grown up using the BM and have tried the new BM. I purchased the (did'nt like smell) purple and (did'nt smell like mango&lime) yellow creams, I did a product review on them check them out if you have time. Found out why they said use daily...its soft and moisturizing first day(nice to the touch) but next day feels dry. I added water and rotated with product. Nice price too. Thanks for sharing. B.)
I have two girls, three and four and use those Blue Magic's on their hair thanks to you! It works great....I found that Carol's Daughter's Himosa Hair Honey is great as well, especially on freshly rinsed/washed hair...just my 2 Cents :-)
@bxjagal I mix a few drops of tea tree oil/peppermint oil in my conditioner before I deep condition and it has worked wonders! Little to no flaking! You can also try apple cider vinegar rinses.
I have notice my hair has doing better since starting to use Giovanni Deep Moisture shampoo and Design Essentials Mosture shampoo, my curls pop after use (sign my hair is not dried out). Also Qhemet Alma Olive Heavy Cream...I was hesitant b/c of the price, but it seems to work well for me also.
love love love blue magic products...been using them since i was a child and never stopped using the product and my hair is very healthy. everyone asks how i keep my hair so healthy. i say GREASE!! lol
Thank you :) Im going over to the site rightnow!

@monskii5296. In the US we measure in Fahrenheit not Celsius. So 20°F = -6 °C
