@Johny40Se7en Sometimes I do with straight legs but I feel more Abs muscles when I bend knees. Sometimes depends even how far I lift legs. I try to do it feel abs muscles.
you don't have to keep legs completely straight but you need to get your pelvis a bit higher by curving your abs. Otherwise, you are just working your butt. I raise them well above my head but at the moment, after about 3 reps, I can't raise them above my head.

Good video but isn't it better to keep your legs completely straight on the second part.
