Yeah because having a death penalty for gang members is the best way to stop gang violence. Thats just illogical. Government money could be spent more effectively in terms of curbing gang violence. People who are threatened with death every day aren't going to stop because the government threatens them. Thats why Obama didn't vote for it. why do people think that being prepared to kill everyone in your path makes you a good leader. It makes you sadistic and idiotic in my opinion.

This should be an easy ad for Obama to respond to b/c it is a distortion. Ofcourse Obama believes murderes should be put in prison and punished for their crime. But Obama does believe people should be punished for violent crimes... easy distortion to respond to... Obama should use the opportunity to explain his plans to fight crime with more cops on the streets.... republicans were opposed to "the cops" program.... Make lemonade out of lemons!!!
