yes,the flats that carry the steel plates came from a steel factory over here in north carolina,the north carolina-viginia (ncva) railroad takes the cars to a steel factory alond with scrap metal gondolas as well as other cars,the cars this train takes,came from Q415 and when the cars have loaded or emptied out,they head back on F774,the daily rocky mount nc-boykins va local,and thus,the cars go back up north on Q416
