yeah saw that like 2 seconds after i posted that. but damn you're good. could it be that you know every single location of every single monster?
by the way did you play that all through in one run or over a longer period of time.

@svelle37 Indeed, I must remember their damages, locations, and attacking patterns to lower the risk of dying. I did this like three of four levels a week, depending on the difficulty of each level.

is this a special mod or a gamemode you get after finishing it on nightmare. because i can't remember it ingame.
@svelle37 No, it is just some DIY restrictions. All I need is to get the chainsaw using console command and use it all the way to the end.
