Mom's Biggest Gift To Me!

Sorry for posting again, never seems like enough room to say what I want! LoL I do know however that in 1962 I was born at a mere 2 lbs. which was a big deal back then. My mom was a teen parent, I was also born deaf and she didn't know how to cope with my challenges so I was raised by grandparents. She died very young age so I never got to hear these special stories from her. Truly what a special gift your mom has shared with you.. and no doubt she loves telling the story! :-) :-) :-)

What a fantastic mom you have, how fun/special it must be to reminisce about the day of your birth. :-) I think a lot of us take for granted that we even know the time of our birth let alone a special mom, dad or Aunt... etc... that is lovingly expressing the memories. I have no clue what time of day I was born or the circumstances for that matter other than I was born the day that prez Kennedy was shot. No doubt the incident shocked the nation so my birth wasn't quite as memorable?

thanks miss brittani. i'm lucky to have mom here to love and celebrate. our family's had its share of physical challenges as well. my mom made it through major heart issues and surgeries, so i'm hopeful for your dad. you're all in my thoughts. ((hugs))
