The status of War Games to me is...

It's been a long time since a War Games match even took place. Alot of younger fans that would never have seen it could be lost to its concept. A return of War Games would need lots of advertising. Everything would have to be explained all over again for it to sell tickets. It needs great announcers that can call a match with two rings and action everywhere for 23 to 30 minutes. Do I think the current WWE announcers are qualified for this? Don't know.

@turnbuckletoys I agree 100% with you. If War Games are brought to the WWE Vince will just screw it up like he did with nWo, The Great American Bash and other things that were originally from WCW.

Vince for almost 10 years has claimed that he killed WCW when we true wrestling fans know that Time Warner killed it just to get rid of it

And from then on maybe if ever TNA will be as good as WCW was. The only difference between WCW and TNA is that WCW had a Ted Turner to back it up and TNA doesn't

Hell in a Cell IS War Games just without the double ring - McMahon is so stupid and anyone who watches that WWE week in a week out is dumb too - Thats the problem with McMahon, if its not his idea its not good - boycott WWE is all i can say but that wouldnt happen because you all fall for his scam

The only war games that was weak had Dusty getting Rob Parker to submit to a figure four. That one didn't do much for me. The other war games were AMAZING. WWE needs to take note. The top WCW/NWA guys were not in this match. It was upper card tag-teams in this one plus Steve Williams.
