The girl and the guy have an accident. The guy dies and sticks with her as she falls into a comatose state for days and is slowly dying. He suffers as he cannot do a thing, but try to keep her alive. But, he doesn't know that he's dead. The little boy is also dead, he's lonely, scared and trapped to the last place he was before dying. The old man as well. Then the shadowy guy, an Angel of Death, that guides the dead to the other plane, comes and rescues all of them from their suffering.

Im in love with this song, The band, And all their music. The have been my favorite band sice I was 6 and they never dissapointed me ever. This is true music that should be expressed. From what I get from the video, he is alive and she is almost gone. When he leaves with the angel of death/reaper/shadow man, she wakes up – it’s exchanging his life for hers.
