Thanks Thrice plowfield. they didn't charge him earlier, b/c they were all in a hypnotic war trance. thanks for commenting! hey, be sure to subscribe and friend us on facebook/twitter, ok?
This is made even funnier by the fact that the Senate just passed a bill designed by the Bush Administration to make it illegal to charge Bush or any of his administration with war crimes.
Can you believe this f++ker had the NERVE to pardon himself and his entire admin of everything done making everyone imune to future prosecution. It sounds illegal. Immoral! Whether congress passed it is irrelevant. It can be deemed unconstitutional in the future, let's hope for that. It's kinda like the Genie granting himself three wishes.
Lincoln believed in a constitution for all men, all equal, all protected. When you stand at the great man's tomb you realize that Lincoln would have hung the US President for treason when he violated his oath to "uphold and defend the US Constitution".
Lincoln would have saved the USA, as he did before.
Mind you, you would have to actually care about your country to know this, instead of making idiotic and treasonous comments on youtube, you moron. Oh sorry, you 'moran'.
Izay: Reading the Wikipedia about about Lincoln doesn't make you a Lincoln scholar.
You are right. I have never read wikipedia on Lincoln.
I know enough about him to know that he was fully capable of being brutal. In fact, he was intentionally brutal in war. He suspended Habeus Corpus. He arrested political enemies and had them expelled from the country. I KNOW that he did these things. He makes Bush look like a weakling and fun with crimes a pussy.
Not making false speculation. Not an ill conceived idea.
Because I have studied him in depth at the feet of some of the greatest Lincoln scholars both alive and dead, I do have an idea what Lincoln would think. I believe you are the one who has no such ideas and you think other people are as ignorant as you are.
Condie and Rumsfield were ENEMIES. They hated each other. (She has survived interestingly enough)
Lincoln would find "funwithWarCrimes" to be a pussy and evil. He would consider Bush to be too soft. Lincoln was a really tough boy, not like the femboys who put this video together.

Love the idea and the actors even more ! But not as much as if these guys actually WERE on trial! The only thing is that it moves really slowly. I think it could be a slicker and quicker, like Colbert or Stewart, to keep people's attention. This info really needs to get out....Just my 2 cents. But great job otherwise!
To sheikhrezal, I agree, Democrats are not tough enough nor evil enough. Think of the 60's Dems. LBJ, Mayor Daley... those guys could run a smear campaign on a true Karl Rove-esqe level. Hey, we keep making fun of the Europeans. But some countries there are considering REAL war crimes charges against Feith, Rumsfled, etc. Why can't Democrats be at least as tuff as Holland?
Steve, this is director Tim. I have to finally confess. I moved your car and replaced it with a cloned version of your car. It looks exactly the same, but it is in on the joke. That's why it keeps snickering. At the time, we in the production thought the whole "clone & switch" gag was hysterical. But now I realize the joke has gone too far. Sorry. I would return your real car, but for some reason, I can't remember where I parked it. Oh, well.
This is brilliant. As with the best political satire, we always have the same paradox: the more imaginative the satire seems, the more we realize it is "merely" recounting verbatim instances. Well done.
Hey there, tedhumphrey -- thanks for stopping by to watch! There's lots more to come -- we'll be posting some really funny Bush outtakes, so stay tuned...

Hey PEK520 -- thanks for watching! Be sure to share with friends as "Fun With War Crimes" might be the only place you ever see real justice for their crimes.
I've never seen the resemblance, Steve. But now I don't how I'll ever be able to face you on Christmas! In fact, of all the caricatures, yours was probably the physically accurate! YIKES!
Your boys must have fainted upon seeing this! Good work to your perf and good work to the make-up people.
Well, it's not ALL Bush's fault. It's also Cheny, Rumsfed, Condi, Feith, Wolfowitz, Pearl, and a lot of others fault, too. Duh. But I will say this for your pals. I got really politically complacent in the 90's. The cold war was over, the deficit was receeding... I was into Zen. But thanks to Bush & Co.'s handling of Iraq, Katrina, U.S. Attorney's, Valerie Plame, and coming soon, Iran, I'm more politically active then ever. Bush made me into a better Democrat than Bill Clinton did. Thanks W.!
i fell asleep halfway through your first response. can't tell if you're being funny or not but you are thinking US mentality and not middle east mentality. iran has no interest in making peace. they can't wait for the kind-hearted, weak-minded liberals like jimmy carter to come into office and they're going to have a field day. i'm just saying it's too easy to look at a bad situation and say it's all bush's fault.
Hey, the President of Iran sucks. Disclaiming the Holocaust is frightening. But he REALLY wants to stay in power. The Bushies say we have to attack Iran because they're helping Iraqi insurgents. I say, let's make peace with Iran. We get access to Iran, keep checking they can't make a nuclear bomb. And Shiite Iran helps restore order in Iraq, another Shiite majority country. Our troops come home, and we let the Shiite Iraq-Iran alliance keep out Sunni Al-Qaeda. We need to get off oil, anyway.
I share your concern. If we leave Iraq and things get worse, we should feel guilty. Guilty enough that in the future, we only get into wars that are truly necessary... like against the Red Coats, Nazi's, or Darth Vader. But seriously, it could get worse after we pull out. But until you can convince me the insurgents aren't just biding their time until we leave, and that we're not just killing time (literally) until Bush gets out of office so he didn't "lose," you can count me out.
i'm being serious now. if hillary or obama get it and telegraph to our enemies that we are immediately pulling out, your going to see a civil war that's 100 times worse than you're seeing now. you have to look at the bigger picture with iraq and israel. if the bad guys get a hold of the iraq army or if iran jumps into the vaccuum then you can say goodbye israel and yes dammit this war is about oil. they can hold the planet hostage if they cut off the oil, so don't be so naive
If Iraq is someday a better country, it will be in spite of, not because of, our war. Here's an analogy. Let's say you're a family named "Iraq." And you've got this abusive dad we'll call "Saddam." I think you're being mistreated. And I think you've got oil, which I've got a thing for. My solution. I run a red light and slam into your family car. Boom! I kill the bad dad. Oh, sorry... looks like I killed your mom and brother, too. My bad. But I'm sure in the end, you're better off for it.
the worst liberal fear is that you were wrong and bush was right all along. it's tough going right now but everyone fighting over there knew what they were getting into. and the world is going to look back and say yes it was messy but at least the US had the guts to take care of business.
Iraq would look about the same as it did before the war. Impoverished (UN sanctions), with a total dick as it's leader. (Like about 1/3 of the world.) With terrible human rights abuses. But there would be no war, hundreds of thousands would still be alive. We wouldn't have messed up so many of our own soldiers, and we would have a few trillion extra dollars to spend more wisely. Wow! That sounds terrible!
oh so you guys are on live... i've been reading your posts. looks like you guys have really drunk the koolaid. i'll tell you what really terrifies me is thinking what would iraq be like if gore was in charge.
Tim, director of "Fun With War Crimes" here. So I guess that makes you a McCain guy. I give him credit, he's at least been in combat. But he's too much of a true believer. Thinks we can with things like "honor." Still thinks we could have won Vietnam. Of course, I assume if we were still in Vietnam, we wouldn't have enough troops to be in Iraq, so maybe McCain is on to something.
Jim, congrats on your work. Just awesome. And what fun you had. It shows. Well, it's been fun hanging out in the YouTube universe. I look forward to reading more comments as the days roll by. AKA Hillary
America is the cutest character and I love how you illustrate how childlike she is (we are) and how easily distracted. A child is a perfect metaphor for our collective distracted American mind. AKA Hillary
I like it, it's got some real potential. The only reason I didn't laugh is because of the laugh track. In my opinion no you tube video should ever have a laugh track or audience response. It immediately killed the jokes for me.

For all the cast and crew's hard work (a true labor of love), it's good to see how magnificent the payoff turned out!!! The video is amazing --- not that I'm surprised. Everyone's creativity and dedication to making this work excellent came together so naturally that it was immediately clear we had lightening in a bottle. I thoroughly relished every moment of the production and I'm kicking back and loving what I see.
Avi! Great to hear from you here. You did a great job putting a terrific team together. A good organization or venture begins with real leadership. This was a good venture because of what you all did!
Thank you for your comments. Tim, the director, is committed to ending the war. Though I can't speak for all of the participants in this film, I think I can safely say, most feel the same way. Hillary from FWWC
Call GOP contributor and war contractor General Electric Corporation at 800 386 1215 and tell the person, that you want the GE CEO to get Bush to end the war in Iraq and then Bush resign with Cheney and until that happens you will not buy any GE products and that you will tell your friends. Then call a local appliance store that sells GE products and tell the person you will not buy any GE products from their store until they can convince the GE CEO to convince George W Bush to end the war.
Hi folks, Hillary here...the fake one. You never know, the real Hill might catch wind of this treasure! Working on this production was indeed a pleasure. You all are awesome!
Market it?! Are you kidding?! They are planning a second version called IRAN trap! Gonna be even better because that version actually does have WMD's at the ready. Fun for the whole family...Until the radio active cloud hits.
Hi, it's Pia. I play Condoleezza Rice in "Fun With War Crimes". It was, indeed, lots of fun. The filming, I mean. Not the war crimes. Not that I have personally taken part in any war crimes, or crimes of any nature for that matter. OK, maybe I shoplifted a tube top or five sophomore year in high school but all the cool kids were doing it...uh, what was I saying? Oh, the webisodes. Right. Thanks for watching, post something and tell me you think I'm pretty.
Funny stuff. Love the fact that Harpo is there. Isn't America adorable? And the look that Cheney and Rummy give each other at time mark 3/16 just cracks me up! The tribunal head is perfect! And I'd love a medal of freedom too please.
Tribunal head: "simply look to your left!" Gonzales: *looks to right* TH: "your LEFT, mr. Gonzales" AG: *Looks to right*, "HAA, HAaAA haa, ha. heheh. I'm sorry, could you repeat the question?"
Tim, director of "Fun With War Crimes" here. I read Bush said in a speech recently, "The war is difficult. It is not endless." Well, I guess if you're using "infinity" as the barometer... it's possible it could be resolved before our sun burns out. Or maybe even before the Man Vs. Machine war of 2657. (I'm guessing on that date.) However it might seem endless to troops in Iraq who are told to somehow "win", without being given any idea how that would be possible.
The little girl "America" used to go to mah school..

This is brilliant, funny stuff. I think they should market that game Iraq Trap. "Be-headed again!" I always thought Rumsfeld would be a sore loser.

Condi tried to let Rumsfeld Win and he still lost.. Go figure..

Market it?! Are you kidding?! They are planning a second version called IRAN trap! Gonna be even better because that version actually does have WMD's at the ready. Fun for the whole family...Until the radio active cloud hits.

Pretty classic stuff. Can't wait for round 2.
The guy playing Cheney rules.

That's actually Dick Cheney. And he does, in fact, rule.

You are the most lovely and talented you-tube sock thief I've ever met.

Very nice work! Love what you did with the character. Yeah, you're pretty ... talented ... witty ... now I feel totally inadequate!

Funny stuff. Love the fact that Harpo is there. Isn't America adorable? And the look that Cheney and Rummy give each other at time mark 3/16 just cracks me up! The tribunal head is perfect! And I'd love a medal of freedom too please.

Jim (Dubya) You Da Bomb...
Was that a bad choice of words?

Thank you Steve! At the risk of sounding too obvious you are a huge hit!

If the rest of the episodes are like this, I can hardly wait! The quality of this production looks top drawer.

Tribunal head: "simply look to your left!" Gonzales: *looks to right* TH: "your LEFT, mr. Gonzales" AG: *Looks to right*, "HAA, HAaAA haa, ha. heheh. I'm sorry, could you repeat the question?"
ROTFL.
Excellent!
10/5 stars!

Very polished & lots of fun.
I'm looking forward to Episode #2.
