This video is a fake.

The jump was an animated image, you cannot see the figure on the roof actually "leaping" or making a "jump", it more or less hovers over the edge of the roof.

The dust on the ground that comes off when he falls looks like it's been added with after-effects or something similiar. Not realistic at all.

+ Bubble Wrapping does not stop you from getting serious internal injuries from the heavy drop.

The bubble wrap may be able to absorb some shock for your bones and skin, but your intestencies will suffer.

When you fall down like that, even if your head does not smash the ground, your brains will smash inside your skull to your skulls wall. Not to mention that his other body parts like the heart, lungs, kidneys and the liver would propably suffer from the stop. The bubble wrap may only really help for bones if even that.
