  • Sounds like my brother after a few beers!

  • I like the part where he goes "BUUAAAAAAAAAAARRHHH"

  • did he swallow a bull frog?

  • 0:12 "nevermaind..."

  • Red Deer Stag: GRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!

  • he's stinky

  • This is so my mating call.

  • /x/ sent me.

  • @Bobswana22 Same.

  • fuck yeah animal that can death growl

  • It would have been epic to live in 500AD-1000AD in Denmark during the Viking days. To get on your horse with spear and sword and ride the country side for the next town and see something like this and stop to admire. I know I think in wierd ways but I find the old world to be so much more epic. Even though these animals exist still today, I wish I could see simple things like this from a different point of view.

  • Sure, anyone can hear this one calling, but only the REAL observant ones can hear one call BACK.

  • I would love to put a good ol' american .308 into that left shoulder!

  • This guy means business, ready to kick some butt. I'm thinking he will win any rut battle.

  • i love it :D

  • OMG he look awesome ;D

  • goooooood red steg goooogd

  • CAN U DOWNLOAD THEM

  • 18 tines, wow thats an impresive animal. He must do well in the rut. 12 tines makes them a royal, is there a clasification above that, because im sure this guy wold fit the bill.

  • @xxprettykitty92xx :

    Thanks for your comment.

Note, however, that this is not a really wild animal. It lives in a big public park just North of Copenhagen. In the old days it was reserved for the Kings' hunting pleasure, today it is a public park and a favorite green area for picnics, sports, walks etc. You should come and visit (but bring no gun, just a camera) - there are many animals like this one, and in October it shows off.

  • @henrikbjerreso Oh i came to copenhagen last October and I didnt know this was here, wish I'd known, though I did love copenhagen, so maybe a visit will be coming ^^

And know I would never shoot an animal other than for food and self defence :)

  • @henrikbjerreso hey im from denmark and i wanna say that: there is 4 professionel hunters that is hired in Dyrehaven, to keep the population down... and also the royal people like king and queen are allowed to hunt once a year (but now its only like 4 deers overall they can hunt a year) and no bucks. also the hunter that works there kill shoot about 600-800 deers a year!!!!

  • @xxprettykitty92xx Your right! That rack is pretty darn impressive. But being an american as I am, I dont know how they compare in body size to an elk. This stags body size to antler size makes me want to think that they are a little smaller.

  • @KreigsMarine2 Ah i wish i could help, but I have never seen an elk, so I have nothing to compare it to either :/

  • @xxprettykitty92xx OK, so I have done some research on the 2 deer species. The red stag usually tops out at about 600 pounds (sorry American again, I don't know metric scales). But, the elk can be as 950 pounds. So the Elk is significantly larger. However the red stag looks as though getting more than 15 or even 20 points WITH some palmation isn't a problem. An elk here in the states though, is considered pretty large when you can bag one that is 14 points (7x7).

  • @xxprettykitty92xx 12 is royal, i think 14 is imperial. not sure though

  • Translated:"Where's my fucking money?! I never gave the allowance to Jägermeister to use my face!"

  • CandyCrayon = GAY

  • True king of the forest. Super

  • What a proud and regal animal...

  • magnificent creature =)

  • Holy shit!!! Look at the size of those antlers!!!

  • magnifique animal

  • Thats got to be a Red/Wapiti hybrid

  • @rob6576 But there are no Wapiti in Denmark.

  • Awesome - i think this is the sound neothic (and older) man would of heard, very gutterel - quite intimidating!

This is a young one (teenager) but damn some of the big males look beastly.

  • wow. WOW. I'd always seen red stag and american Wapiti to be so similar physically... i just never realized their voices were so drastically different.

  • Massive Red, awsome!

  • super

  • Red deer sound so much more manly than elk ;D

  • @Bigwullie1 I agree.......but I think if I could only hear them and not see them, the elk would sound creepier.

  • Super klip. Super video :)

  • Thats a nice deer, it would look even better on my dinner plater tho.

  • Far more beautiful alive than dead on your plate. What a waste of life.

  • Just your opinion.

  • thats funny! hes fricking adorable too! xD hes a keeper! ;3

  • there my favortite animal and i have hutned them

  • His antlers are like the size of Texas...

  • man what a head

  • To find more info and pictures, search Google for Dyrehaven - The Royal Hunting Ground And Park

  • I actually took the video from my bicycle (well, I stopped the bike for the purpose). These animals are used to people, but of course you should not approach them at very close range when they are in mating mood.

I recommend all visitors to Copenhagen to take the suburban train to Dyrehaven (station: Klampenborg, from where it is only a few minutes walk to the park). Enjoy!

  • it look like a elk and sounds like somthing unnatural

  • not an elk... really not an elk

  • how the heck does that thing manage to walk through the woods with a rack like that?

  • It causes wierd conversations between the buck and his fawns. Imagine a female deer walking up to him and saying, "You have a nice rack."

  • halofoz you poaching asshole mother fucker

  • shit! its the biggest antlers.

  • i would love to shoot that thats the best head i have ever seen

  • Duuuude...that's a big pair of antlers. Imagine walking through the woods and getting stuck on a tree or something

  • nice antlers.fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffflllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

  • sounds like a fuckin dinosaur lol

  • cudne te poroza ale szczeze to wole jak so na jego glowie a nie na scianie

  • beautiful animal what a monster you did not shoot it

  • it is in a zoo

  • The "gímszarvasbika" is "hind bull" (?) - Sorry, this there is a translator with a program only.

  • Knows an antler of this size in Denmark the gímszarvasbika? This turns out with some manipulation then, helped with force-feeding for example. I heard one like this. A big and beautiful distinguished antler of this size and it exist on Hungary for a record at us to be considered! And a bull with a much stronger, more muscular body belongs to it!

This bellowed inside the fence of some wildlife park only. It is not real! ;-P

  • *****

  • Sorry for the double post, but I ment to say that this beautiful, handsom animal is so beatiful and handsom because it's build to be a prey, to be hunted. That is its place in the nature. I'd rather have wolves and big cats do most of the hunting, but if humans take their part, it's perfectly okay.

  • beautiful animal... what a monster!

  • god its sounds nice:D and its from denmark:p

  • Beautiful animal, can't beleive people would shoot it. How revolting. Hunters are lucky I don't know where they live.

  • what would you do if you did know where they lived??? shower them with love? think about it. Hunters have guns.... :|

  • people say some stupid stuff on here. just the life of a treehuggger or animal rights activist. get a life. you looked it up just to put a stupid comment on it.

  • at fk u hunters rule u bitch

  • I'll be more than happy to tell you where I live, feel free to stop over anytime...

  • Actually, hunters really keep the environment how it should be. Man has killed off their natural predators (like mountain lions, for example), so herbivores have to be hunted, to prevent overpopulation. Overpopulation, by the way, is far more cruel than hunting is. The animals don't have enough to eat, and they get mange. Hunters help the circle of life.

  • I agree with caitlingreenlee. Besides, if we want to talk about cruelty, which is worse: to be shot and die before you even realize something happened, or to have a pack of wolves or a nice big cougar making you run for your life and then tear you apart. If I were a deer mommy, being shot would be the best I could wish for my lil fawn. XD

  • daffneycinny: if you eat meat at restaurants like McDonald's or Burger King or pretty much any place, you'd better not ever investigate how THAT meat is processed.

  • Beautiful. I am surprised that Denmark, being a small country, has wild game left.

  • i counted 21 points good stag

  • nice looking deer in good condicion

  • Damn!! That's a nice buck. That thing is definately wall worthy.

  • jaki winiec o_O, nic dodac nic ujac

  • Look at the size of that rack!!!!!!!

  • awesome deer dude :D
