I recently picked up Nightmare and I find him to be very fun as Siegfried but not as free as Siegfried unless against a wall :/ I find Nightmare to have some flaws but not as bad as I thought just needs to be played more. And to those that are offended by what I say my bad I'm more of a Street FIghter fanatic so I know much more about that system other than Soul Calibur. Does anyone know any good combo videos of other characters? I would love to see.
i wouldnt say he is a power house.. that can only be said for sophitia and astaroth ha. nightmare to me is a teching character. a wall combo god at the least ha. i think this video is really helpful to those looking for advice with nightmare. this is the most you can get out of him. u want to see crazy combos? then play a real nightmare user, then you will get what you came for ^_^

It contains a few items, reminiscent of Soulcalibur on Dreamcast.
And as for Nightmare, it also features the other pointy helmet. It's not very expansive and it allows you to customize your Nightmare, so as to make him look like what he was in SC on Dreamcast. :)

They CERTAINLY look average and bland to you (although they look good to me), but they CERTAINLY are guaranteed combos. If you don't want "average and bland combos" but "superior and kick-ass combos", then watch combo exhibition videos, where settings are as follows: no guard, crit. hit all the time, no air control and no ukemi.

Yes, I got the equipment off the online store. And I colorized it to a somehow similar blue as the one found in the SC 1 and 2.
