  • In 3D space it's possible to represent 4D information (3 spatial dimensions + color/shape/label) which is not easy to achieve in 2D, that's one of the advantages of 3D visualization.

  • Seems more showy that practical. The tree approach makes sense. Looking at all those 'folders' and the data and the 3d look just looks confusing, and finding files/directories/data seems a bit confusing.

  • @progolffit I just find the cycling camera confusing. The 4D-approach is actually a nice idea.
