  • haha 0:53 someone says "ahh wat the f**k!!! haha"

  • I'm going to the army and I want my 2 mile time to go from about 15 mins to 13 mins. Is that possible and could this help

  • @taylorgang1223

no this is only for a short distance sprint. if you want to run looong without being tired than you need conditioning so the best thing to do is running everday :)

  • i got these.... and sprinting doesnt really do much but make u feel uncomfortable.. but if u dont anything u do slow.. it helps alot...

    stairs are great.

  • Where can i get resistance bands?

  • I bought these for my kids last spring, the bands are sturdy it's the velcro straps that are breaking down.

  • @Iverson1232 lmaaoo that was funny i must say....but yea i got the bands they work pretty good idk bout this kid but it made me faster

  • if those bands snap... bye bye kids

  • @Iverson1232 These bands are designed for extreme training. We have elite athletes from youth to Olympic and they work great.

  • @myosource , Lets say the band snaps/ this can screw up ur knees, the bands are quite a bargin for such a easy and simple exercise material, although this is a very good band if you are trying to get more resistance on the hip flexors. getting wieght straps and running with them would be alot more benefitial i would say.

  • @girlymonkey We have elite athletes using the bands with no breakage problems. The bands are placed above the knee designed to avoid stress to the knee. You are welcome to use weight straps if you like. we prefer the consistency of resistance bands.

  • @myosource will this make u a better rb i have the size and strength of a rb but not the speed and im tired of running like 4 miles and getting slow to no results so for me to buy this i need to know if it will help me become a better rb and how long does it take to see results can u answer that 4 me

  • @MrLila36 This is the strength and conditioning part of speed training. The resistance bands help build core stregnth, i.e. quads, hams, glutes, hips and abs. This help with speed development. long distance running will help with endurance but is not something we push for speed development. we suggest core strength training and sprint work.

  • @myosource thanks i bought it and i should get it teusday or friday

  • @MrLila36 dont run miles n miles thatll just extend how long you can run for

try sprinting as fast as you can for half a football field (or all if you wish) then rest till you can do it again

  • @SleepyGiggles21 thank 4 the tip

  • @myosource After a while will your body adapt to the bands and slow the training? is there anyway way you can avoid this or are there other training methods to get by it and how long will it take to notice improvments in your speed. Thanks im getting these soon.

  • @Iverson1232 lol

  • this looks like a good workout

  • What is the history behind the kinetic bands, especially before the industrial revolution?

  • he looks mad slow

  • oh and its true that when running upstairs it only hurts when you are doing it the wrong way. I run up the stairs all the time when i am going up and it never hurt my knees whatsoever my only problem is that my muscles shake every time i do an endurance trianing like doing sit ups and press ups, anything that makes me stay in a stationary positioning for a very long time...

  • hey guys.. i wanna know how to stop shaking whenever i do any workouts... i do stretch and do the necessary exercises before i do any workout but when i do the real thing i cant stop shaking... e.g. when i do situps my stomach muscles shakes and my biceps shake when i do press ups and so on... how do i stop that?

oh and i have "fast twitch" muscles... does that have anything to do with it?

  • alanmonty06: You are correct. thank you.

this was for demonstration purposes for the resistance bands but we should have also paid attention to technique.

  • that looks really good for developing strong hip flexors, whichare too often neglected

but other than that, it really doesnt help that much

  • This product work the quads, ham strings, glutes, hips, hip flexor, lower abs and back all while you train for your sport.

  • @myosource

i disagree. all of those muscles get worked just because you are running

the only muscle that actually gets more resistance is the hip flexors

  • Yes the muscles are getting worked by running but the bands enhance the muscles development at a higher level. running and running will not make you faster by itself.

  • no heel recovery

  • you guys are the best! i about to get one

  • We train with the bands every day and have for the past 5 years at all levels of all sports without any problems. we are developing the core muscles without any problems at all and we have high level trainers endorse our product. we also ask that you not use foul language to make your point. from now on fould language comments will be deleted.

  • your right you would be surprised how little changes in the way you run you keep your shape but just increase in pace.

  • Sorry that's just going to fuck up your mechanics

  • you can purchase them on our web site at myosource com also see the more info section of this video. there is a direct link to the web site.

  • Okk Someoneee pleaaaaaaaaaaseeee tell me where u can buy that please?

  • we have elite athletes around the world training with the Kinetic Bands to build core strength, power, explosion, balance and endurance.

  • not another gimmick.

  • please tell me where i can buy that apparel!!!!! please!!

  • what are the bands and what do they do?? if they make u more power and improve sprinting speed.. i want them...

  • Nicely done, where can I find this resistance band, and will it be useful for football, cause im sure it will.

  • excellent drills

  • Thank you. These are basic drills we use for speed, power, explosion, quickness and "Core" Development along with the Kinetic Bands that give our athletes twice the benefit.

  • Developing the "Core" muscles for any sport.

    Speed, power and explosion.
