  • I just made this recipe, and while it was perfectly simple w/a wonderful outcome, the recipe was too salty w/2 tbs of salt and I like my egg salty! next time i make it, and i will again, i will definately lesson the salt content. other than that, thank you for posting a recipe that i should have learned from my mom before she passed!

    Thanks for the post. I just tried to make it and I used 2 tablespoons of salt and it was too salty. I think maybe you meant 2 teaspoonful of salt?

  • @sho12ty78 it depends on your taste, if 2 tablepoons is too salty for you then maybe try just 1

  • to make it for flavorful, you can add soysauce or broth instead of water
