Handstand is motsly about balance. Planche is mostly about strength. You need tremendous shoulders and lower back strength to do it correctly. And that planche press she just did requires some fucking great strength !!
That is a basic planche. Most gymnasts, martial artists and bboys can do it. It's a combination of strength and balance. You only need strength to be able to lock your legs, back and arms. The rest is primarily balance.
