Thanks for the heads up mate. Me and the wife have a old Xbox 360 in our room mainly for watching Torrent movies Iv downloaded and Netflix and Sky multiroom. Our 4 year old twins also have a old 360 in there room that they play games on lots, mostly all the Lego games. Anyways I already own a WiFi adaptor for both and theres a lot of save games that would be a ball ache to try and transfer to a new console so on your recommendation I think well stick with what we have unless we get RROD...

Also, you CAN use your old xbox harddrive in the new xbox, you simply remove the harddrive from your old xbox, then remove the plastic protective shell, then insert it into the new xbox's expansion bay. Despite the fact that the games are still only on DVD's, and it isnt a blue ray player.. the new 360 still holds its own with the multiplayer features, such as: voice chat via headsets. Most ps3 games that I know of, do not use a headset right out of the box unless you set it up yourself via bluetooth . If you get the headset for a 360 it works as soon as you plug it into the controller. the ps3 may have better graphics, but the 360 is family and multiplayer oriented.

Hey! First, you could you could disassemble the old Xbox's hard drive and put it in the slim if you don't want to pay 20$ for the cable. I did that. The New Xbox 360 does have a nice look to it, but its the major upgrades that it has undergone that is important. The Built-In Wi-Fi is a nice feature and a 250GB Hard drive is a nice addition. I am not sure if the New Xbox comes with a Memory Transfer Kit but I am pretty sure that it comes with a 1-Month Free Trial of Xbox LIve Gold (Which it should). To be honest I haven't found any of your reviews entertaining or useful, I pretty much find you to be a boring dull person and a total sellout.

1. Un-screw all 4 sides of the HD on the Original.

2. Pull of the Little Rectangular Box (Carefully).

3. Pop off the lid at the bottom of the New Xbox.

4. Plug in the HD into the bottom of the New Xbox.

5. I just saved you about 100 or so dollars. Plus the Original came with a Transfer Cable that works with the new.

There are many tutorials that teach you this. heres the main reason, Old: 120GB

New: 250 GB Awesome
