It's unbelievable that Uchida failed to let his horse run straight...
Uchida also looked struggled with horse's tough mouth when he scored his first win in Korea, so there may be many horses which have tough mouth in Korea.
KRA should invite many good foreign trainer's assistants to teach horses how to run efficiency.
I think real issues of horses' tough mouth is on farms. Throughbred breeding history in Korea is very short.(about 15yrs) Most of farms are now breeds horses even heard of throughbred before.
As you know basic traning is very important when horses are young. But there is not much farms have sufficient training system. It's too late to fix bad habits when they come to racetrack. It's a problem in Korea horseracing.
you are right...outside horse-runner up- blew it...couldn't go straight...and i found out it was a derby winner..so must be a class act but well...it's racing...we see all strange things...
