well i think the oblique v-ups werent too hard for me because i was working out before i tried p90x, and i did a good amount of abs exercises, except i still thought ab ripper x was difficult the first few times!

@antoniomartinez9898 The yoga gets better over time. Now I do it and it's not as hard. I'ts still serious but I do it and I enjoy it. Take it one week at a time and over time you will start to enjoy it.
ok so i did it AbRipperX last night and i was gonna put up a video asking the same question. them oblique v-ups are not making sense to me. lemme know if you figured it out.
This move is crazy right? I still stuggle with this. Now I can do like 15 per side. You gotta get like on your hip and your but and squeeze with the oblique.... yes! It's a MF - bring it.
Now I'm a lot better w/ the oblique v-ups. I can knock out like 12 to 15, but they still kick my ass after 5 months of doing the X. But I still love it!
I try to follow the P90X nutrition plan as much as I can. The P90X nutriton plan is awesome, but at times I have to tweek itt to fit my lifestyle.
The shakes offer an alternative to food when you may be out or on the run and your body needs a nutrition shot. Or right after your workout as a recovery drink.

Whats up my friend once you get the right angle/position the oblique fall into place....try praticing it when you are fresh like before your workouts to find your natural correct form. Peace

Funny thing is i went on you tube tonight to get motivated to work out and i decide to watch your vid. In any case I am finnishing week 7 tonight and i have now started doing abx x every day too so i will post a new vid in about a week. I have gone to far to stop got to keep pressing play. I can dig it. Don't sweat it. We fall down but we get back up. Just work back into it and you'll be fine. I got a touch of the flu the last week and the past few days have been rough. But I kept pressing play and kept bringing it. Man... sometime I press pause and I be like F*ck you Tony to the TV... lol that's when I know the X is exactly what I need to get rid of this fat...
Actually your abs are the quickest muscle to recover. Has for me My major area of concern is my gut untill i see that diappearing I am going to do what I have to, in order to put my gut to rest. Thanks for the advice though.
LOL it is all about angles, just make sure that you are not on your hip but more right in between your butt and your hip that will help you a whole lot!!!

Hmm lol oblique v-ups were kinda easy for me but idk why, maybe I'm doing them wrong XD.
Just to make sure though, you are putting your legs at a 45 degree angle, right?
