Great punching for only 3 weeks on the speed bag. I like the swivel idea as well. I wonder if the bag will come off on side punches though? I guess the same can happen with the S hook, so all in all probably not a problem.
Oh, ok I see. An interesting spin, no play on words intended. Swivel and strap combination. Very clever as long as your balls doesn't hang too low because it widens the arc. Ha, ha, no play on words intended. Showtime
