What is Bavarian-style sauerkraut? I've looked in the store for it and none of the sauerkraut cans/refridgerated packs available are noted as Bavarian-style.
@RobinBenzle pretty much cabbage with lots of meat stuffed into it, and vegies. Look it up on google images, they got some great pics. and sorry, I ment to put Sarmale not the L :). They have recipe's too. Sarmale is the most traditional food in Romania, pretty much everyone eats it, its like burgers in america.

@Singetally I just heard from a viewer in Romania who also told me about Sarmale. It sounds great - a future Chow Time maybe?
