thanks for the kind post and giving this a listen....my mando neck is 'standard' width - Collings does make offer a wider nut width. All the best with your music,
great playing as always. i just bought a couple of mandolins. being a guitarist, it was a real shock to feel the difference btwn the small spaces btwn the frets compared to the guitar.
glad to hear about your mandos! There is a big difference in feel isn't there. I think it helps as a guitarist because you have to be so accurate on the mando - thanks for giving this a listen and i hope you enjoy your new instrument,
Fantastic, Thanks! Love the musicality of this tune coming through. It really helps to hear the melody brought into the spotlight when I'm trying to learn a song.
man oh man.....i wanna learn that song just like that.....i loved it. I have been playin guitar for a long time, but could never pick lead...i just bought my first mandolin, and can play irish washerwoman. but i want to learn so much more. any way you could slow that down for me?
hello, so great to hear about your music! The mando is such a great instrument...I appreicate your request and i'll give it some thought. All the best,
That was awesome. Whiskey Before Breakfast was the very first tune I learned on the mando. And, Collings makes some of the best mandolins IMHO, is that a MT, MT2, or MT2V?
hey Luke, hope your doing great these days and getting in some picking time! You keep with it my friend. I may give that tune a shot, i like it. Please keep in touch,
absolutely, i've been playing about 5 years, guitar is certainly what I put most time in but the mandolin is such a great insturment i had to start. I sure appreciate you watching,
i wish i could play this as good as that haha nice job man

Very good mandolin work. The neck on this mandolin looks wider than most. Is it? Thanks for the post.

Nicely played Tonedr!
Tylda; Tonedr is playing Butch Baldassari's version in 30 fiddle tunes. Very recommended mandolinbook by a nice man who had to leave us far to early.
