  • Who is this incredible good trombone player? Could it be Joe Gallardo?

  • whauoooaou ........

  • This lead trumpet player is killin'! Is that Oosthof?

  • No, its`s Andy Haderer playing lead trumpet in this video!

  • Cool. Thanks! They're both great players, though for sure! Very directional sound.

  • @MemphisPE : and at that point he is 23 years old.

  • @satchm05

Jan and Andy share 1st and 3rd. In this song Andy plays 1st but I''ve heard it played by Jan Oosthof and they;re still repairing the windows

  • @Fenikstrumpets

Ha! Thanks! I need to check out more of both. Jan actually put out a leadbook compilation a few years ago. It has Jan, Andy, Al Porcino and others with various bands. It has all the lead parts and a 4 cd set with all the tracks. A worthwhile investment for aspiring lead trumpet players. The cover says "Jan Oosthof, trumpet, Leadbook I". I ordered it through my teacher, but I'm sure a quick search online would reveal how to get a hold of it. Just thought I'd throw that out there!

  • @satchm05 I know, I have that book and CD's, and I know Jan. Listen carefully what he does on these CD's, and you learn how to play leadtrumpet

  • Da fehlt ja die hälfte....
