Great video - I have an 8 yr old Jack Russell Terrier in a cart just like yours - happened about 8 months ago.

He used to swim in the ocean and jump 5 feet off the ground, but it's amazing how well they can adapt. Everywhere we go w/ him people stop and ask about him; I'm sure you know what I mean.
