No an F16 Is an unhooked kiteloop backloop. An proper Kiteloop backloop is an HOOKED kiteloop backloop

i thought a backloop was a backroll + kiteloop ?

Nope, originally we all used to call them back loops, but back roll is more popular now - we've actually started calling it that in future videos to save the confusion. A backroll and a kiteloop is called an F16.
