I am not Japanese nor am I Australian, but about kangaroo hunting spree and how you have to be licensed...well thats quite a lot of people in Australia killing then because I would assume that its like a family sports kinda thing like deer hunting. BUT whaling on the other hand is just a fishermen thing. It's not like people from Tokyo are going to get whaling license to hunt whales. That makes Australia far worst.

Well I didn't state anything really other than no random person in japan is going to start killing whales(especially for pleasure)..thats the whalers job and its for food source. OF COURSE no killing is a recreation of anything.

There are limitations to how many they can kill each year. Supplying food is way much better than random idiot killing for pleasure.

You see, their is a difference between recreational killing animals that are in abundance and hunting endangered animals for food. Australians probably kill an estimated 600-700 kangaroos a year. which has no effect on their population at all. the japanese whalers hunt around 800 of an endangered species each year. see the difference?

you don't need to hunt kangaroos in australia, the cunts are everywhere. there aren't many people in australia and less than 2 million live out of major cities. whaling is not fishing, whales aren't even fish! i have never heard about a whaling license, but then, all you would need is a captains license till you get into international water anyway. more people from tokyo are going to whale/use whaling for profit then aussies are shooting roos.
only reason we do that, is to protect our pastures.

Big difference retard. Roo's are pests here there are millions of them. And its only a small % of Australians that own guns to shoot them, and ide bet its only a small % of them who actually go out and do it. So we are killing pests in our own country.
You on the other hand are travelling thousands of kilometres to kill whales in our waters because you have already wiped them out in yours.

Ok Ok I forgot about that statement. But the reason why I said Australia was worst was because most of the time kangaroos are killed as pest...for fun. And in videos I've seen on here..some kangaroos were skinned alive. While whales are hunted for food consumption. A country with it's own animal cruelty probably wouldn't be taken as serious.

And pest doesnt just mean there are alot. They completely strip area's where they live in huge numbers to the point they and other animals can starve. I think you should also go check out more hunting vids from the US as your kidding yourself. If its not protected you guys kill it.

I cant see how you can compare us killing kangaroo's here in our own country which again are a pest here to Japan catching its whales on the other side of the world, some of which are endangered species which they regularly catch in an internationaly recognised whale sanctuary after it has basically killed off all the whales living in its own waters.

It's pretty comparable. Animal cruelty is animal cruelty doesn't matter how many or how few there are. There are millions of wild squirrels and geese here in the US but we don't go around killing em as pest. In fact we usually stop our cars to let them cross the streets. Again I'm not taking any side.

i think that you will find that was due to the integration of pest animals from other countries (unintentionally with little understanding of how fragile Australia's Eco system is) rabbits for food and hunting, foxes, cane toads etc.
