acutally, these are the words that we heard on a recording of Elizabeth Cotten accompanying her granddaughter singing. Her granddaughter actually wrote the song.

I saw one picture of her with a feeding tube. Was she sick?

It starts at 37 seconds and goes until 50 seconds. Isn't that Jaali with a feeding tube in her nose?
I'm not sure if you're kidding or not...that's just face paint...she's in her jammies cause we were camping.
Oh OK. No I wasn't kidding, but I am a nurse so it looked like she had an NG tube. I'm glad she is healthy! She's a very talented young lady. :)

(you may find if you listen to any john prine that this young lady - has something very special talant)
