I am an American of Irish heritage. Read you history the Irish were called a "simian race" or a "simian people." Through out recent history cartoonists would portray the Irish as having "monkey features." At one time they were thought to be "hairless monkey's." Besides the third chip from the left is out of step.

I'm sorry to have to say it, but 'tis true. Arby's is the largest purchaser of cow tongue in the USA. That's why their roast beef has that texture that it does. Epicures will tell you that cow tongue has a wonderful taste. It's often used to flavor stocks in gourmet foods, but that doesn't mean I want to eat it - ughhhhhh
