@peepers2221 I'm a gymnast and a diver and the same thing happened to me when I took a break from gymnastics too. Muscle turns into fat if you aren't working out every day. However, when it happened to me, people DID consider me "fat" because I have a stocky body type like Shawn and, of course, I wasn't famous like her. You're right, she is NOT fat at all and I never said that. All I'm saying is I've been there, and I wouldn't consider the body that I had THEN to be "hot."

Well, her scene didn't seem very strong to me, but I guess you can't really tell a person's acting ability from a one-minute cameo appearance. Plus, the terrible writing on this particular show doesn't help matters. I thought it was stupid the way they had her play herself, and Ricky had no idea where she had been all summer. They could have just had her play a regular student, but they obviously thought this scene was cute. I didn't.

Haha love this scene. No shit Shawn can't act and it was awkward, but she's not an actor. I cringed at the scene as far as looking at it from a critics angle, but other than that, awesome scene. Shawn's a gymnast (and a dancer) and a high school girl. She's just being herself. This scene just lights up the current mood of the show for me, and I was so excited to see Shawn in a regular life setting. She's cute. And pretty. And talented.
