What an insightful illustration this film is! The octopus thinking it was stronger and more resourceful (legs) than she really was, and that pride in being så magnificent made her unable to notice how weak she was getting and to keep up appearances.. then when on her last leg, she started to get realistic, the croc seemed sooo sweet and gave her food, so she remained.. too reduced to run away and too loyal to abandon her only friend.. Interesting how he isolates her too.. packed w observations!
