think of hydroplaning from a science stand point then dumb asses. the dirt bike is going so fast that the water molecules dont have time to seperate fast enough for the bike to sink. thats why u have to have speed in order for it to work.

Dude hydroplaning is not impossible...and it can be done over long distances, too. Just like when you flip a stone over the water, same principle. How do you think all those car crashes in rain happen? The tires rise to the top of the water because of the water's surface tension and the velocity of the object doesn't give the tires time to sink in, so the vehicle starts sliding across the water. I've experienced myself, we went sliding for about 40 meters
