Almost everything the Stones do gets related to their age and far less to their music. Quite ironical it has always been that way because once they represented youth culture. When a young band makes a mistake they got an off-day, while with the Stones it's called decline.

Helemaal mee eens keef... de meeste mensen (zoals hans hier boven schrijft) begrijpen geen zak van rock and roll elementen en staan in de rij om sterke rock helden af te branden inplaats van te waarderen. Dicht geslipte klojo's dus. Voorlopig staan de Stones nog dagelijks de sterren van de hemel te spelen. Iets waar die huilkebalken nog maar aan toe moeten zien te komen na hun zestigste... keep on rolling stones!!!

Yeah, he did fuck up the start. And no, they are not getting better - it's not the 70ies anymore, but the guys are in their mid 60ies. They put on a hell of a show and you see rock history live. With all it's raggedness and imperfection and glory!
