Being old enough to recall the original Mini Marcos (My brother-in-Law owned one in 1970-72), this is a great leap in design. It's brilliant. Well done, guys....

Haha, take it easy. It's a valid question. For anyone interested, it was an internal university competition set by Marcos to design what we thought the next Mini Marcos would be. The group consisted of Philip Woodman, Adam Phillips, Daniel Clucas and Richard Nicholas - who won the competition with this design. This video was presented to the company along with flatwork and a 1/4 scale clay model...

As for where we are now. Daniel and Richard went on to a placement with Ford and are now designing for a luxury airlines in London. Adam had a placement with Lego in Denmark and is now designing for WowWee toys in Hong Kong. And Phil went on to spend a year designing footwear for Reebok in Boston, USA, and has now returned to his final year of Transport/Product Design.

Really nice car, I like it. But the frontlights look too simple. It reminds me a little bit of the lotus elise . The music is very good. Good video!
