@chambelomo depends on your timing, and also the quality and condition of the bearings inside the turbo. The turbo will have an easier time maintaining momentum if less friction is factored,
Hahaha, that sounds awesome! I like how you set off that car alarm in the background. I have a 02 R/T and i put on a pacesetter header, magnaflow cat, single exhaust outlet (muffler) and and it is constantly setting them off also. lol

as long as its carb legal your good in cali, check the maker of the intake and they will tell you where its legal, i purchased an intake for my old car before i checked if it was carb legal in cali and it wasnt, i had to put the stock back in to pass smog, nobody would check the car =[ its all emissions based

Yeah any modification made to a vehicle in the state of California is ILLEGAL. If your rims are too fat for the tires I think it's liek you need 3" between tires and rims otherwise its a ticket.. Quiet exhausts will get you a ticket, tint, HID's etc. It's pretty fucked up. I have headers intake exhaust and cops have never asked about it when I got pulled over but it's pretty pathetic. My friend whose a cop showed me the Penal Code book.. WOW SO MANY STUPID LAWS.

still, a spoiler looks good on these types of cars (srt4, sti, evo) they would look a bit weak if it had no spoilers and plus u dont get that little extra downforce =]
I agree. I do like the car, but if I took my spoiler off of mine like he did it would just look kinda normal. The spoiler helps the car a little and it makes it stand out, like the Supra and all the others mentioned.

The spoiler helps stabilize the car at high speeds. It's not meant just for grip. There's a lot of SRT-4 owners who notice that the car feels uneasy and is effected more by crosswind when the spoiler is off.
@208Jake so a wing that helps produce downforce at high speeds to stabilize the rear of the car makes it a ricer? The laws of physics do not care if its fwd, rwd, awd, or no wheel drive.

@MoparTurbo05 Actually it does, I took off my spoiler and after 200km/h I start to get wobbly. If you want to take off spoiler you need to get a better body kit to make up for the lack of downforce.
