The oil and gas income should be delivered equally to all Iranian regions.

Arabs did not "genocide kurds". Last I checked, kurds are living in total freedom only on Iraqi land. Even halabja is debatable (whether it was Iranian gas obtained via chinese link, or saddam's gas).
Saddam committed crimes against all iraqis not just kurds. But even the criminal baath acknowledged the kurds and their existence when even their existence was not acknowledged by others.

almost all arab speaking nations are culturally arab, however they consider themselves arab. Kurds are living in freedom because arab racism is defeated in Iraq. Halabja was iraqi gas according to UN research and kurd themselves. The existence of kurds was only denied by turks, I dont know if syrians denied it to or not. Algeria is at least 30% berber according to research. The progress we Iranians have is from our vedic Indo-Iranian relatives, greek far cousins,and ourselves.

There are several reports that implicate Iran in Halabja. The jury is still out and one day the truth will be out. Either way, 5000 people died in Halabja, in what is considered to be a war zone.
I support fully the rights of the kurds (incl. independence), and always have. But 5000 people does not constitute a "genocide". If you want a genocide you need to look at Rowanda for example where 1 million people were exterminated and the entire ethnicity almost erased from the country.

several fake reports outdated, and made up in 80's when USA was enemy of Iran. After that all reports have concluded and even condemned the use of Iraqi chemicals, and Chemical ali was hanged based upon these evidences, he even admitted it, so I dont know where you get your bullshit from. Al anfal campaign killed about 180000 and even maybe up to 300000 kurds, and human rights watch considered this gendercidal and genocidal.

As far as I know the baathists in iraq still maintain that it was not iraqi gas, and this is pretty much what they have been claiming in their trials.
What is "genocide" and what is not "genocide" is a legal definition. The treatment of the kurds on the hands of saddam and his gang during the 8 year war do not quality either as genocide nor as ethnic cleansing. Ask an expert on these matters and they will confirm that to you.

It is iran who treats the kurds in a criminal way and who has been trying to manipulate them since the 50s (under these empty aryan slogans) to try and bend the hand of iraq. These are the facts. Under the royalist govt in iraq the kurdish question was well on its way of being solved in a civilized way. Even the baathists in 1970 agreed to give the kurds far more rights than any nearby country, and had saddam not reached power by his criminal means, this would have happened.

At this moment in time, the kurds of Iran only dream about the rights they have in Iraq. In fact kurds right now are the key player in iraqi politics. President Talibani is the president of all of Iraq.
When your persian nazi state gets an arab president (whose mother tongue is arabic) and when arabic becomes the official language of Ahwaz, you can open you uncivilized mouth. Until then, you are a terrorist neonazi fascist state and all the minorities feel that way.

shia kurds of Iran have all rights, they can become president, we had kurdish ministers while saddam was massacring kurds. The arab nazi states start to behave when their daddy usa starts to hit their girlish ass. Arabs can have their language in saudi arabia. When kirkuk is considered kurdish area, maybe some arabs in ahwaz can start to learn arabic.

Kirkuk (the city) has always been a mixed city. In the governorate of kirkuk kurds may have a been a majority but not in the city of kirkuk. There is plenty of documentation available on this.
Ahwaz was an independent country in 1925. Under international law it is actually considered an occupied land and several books have been written on this topic specifically.
