how can the onboard controller controll the propeller rpm so fast , 300 times per second, .. the motors has to brake kinda of to response, it is not enought to throttle up and down fast 300 times a second.. there must be a brake  that brakes or diminsh the speed of the motor very suddenly right? I never had any quad

Keep in mind the RPM has to change by small percentage, perhaps +-5% to have the craft leveled. We are not talking here about complete stop and back to full RPM. The props are only 8 grams, so they carry very little kinetic energy and the air resistance slows them down very rapidly. I've seen videos on the net where props are 'singing' driven by specially programmed ESCs. So it is possible.

Hi, I JUST crashed a quad the same way as you, today. But only a couple of propellers snapped. It was flying again after 10 minutes.

Then I lent the control to an expert RC heli pilot. One of those who does all the acro stunts, 1 m above the ground, and never ever crashed a single (main) rotor heli.

1 minute later ... he crashed it too ;)

I consider mounting a flag like yours but on the rear, so it might turn the copter head first in a dive. Then, maybe it's as easy to save as a plane...

Yes, left and right rotors change RPM up and down and the craft yaws relft or right.
