I KNOW that this will be difficult---but it is VITAL to efficient, caring and reliable workers. The people who say "You can get workers for almost nothing." That is true. But what will they do, and  in what manner. We have to assume that MOST of the workers who do this kind of work are very patient and caring. But some are there MAINLY for support of their family. A lot of them are. With that in mind--if you offer very low wages, you will have no reliability and WORSE, their care is substandard.
